I went in to get an upgrade on my phone because i keep getting messages from my phone service telling me i qualify for a new 1! When i go in for help with it the lady at the store doesnt even look up my account and start telling me she need to charge me an activation fee when my service is already activated! Sounds like she tryin to scam me or something! Be careful when going in this store.

My mother came in to get help on her new iPhone 13 and the staff was completely dismissive. they were rude and pretended like she wasn't even there. Get new staff, these assholes are loosing your customers. Thanks :-)

After waiting for 30 minutes with only one employee working, I was never acknowledged in any way. 3 more customers came in after me. I left and went elsewhere.

Find another location. My husband and I had a terrible experience that has cost us at least $100 dollars. While the staff seemed friendly and helpful, we've experienced issues since leaving. First, I was being added to my husband's family plan from a different carrier. I was told by the woman who helped us that everything was taken care of with my old provider and that I didn't need to call them to end service because they do it. Come 10 days later and I am charged my normal phone bill because (according to my old provider), T-Mobile had no way to end my service without me moving the number over. The woman who helped us assured me no less than 3 times that it was taken care of. Second, we were forced to take a SIM card. The woman helping us said that it was part of a special/deal they had and that they added a free line automatically and we had to have either the sim card or a flip phone. We had no use for this and told her but she said we had to take it. It was quite confusing. Then we were charged for it on the monthly bill. Perhaps it was just this one employee or she was having an off day but she seemed to be training the other guy helping other customers as well. Honestly, just go to another location.

Idk how hard it is to answer a phone but I can’t leave my house due to covid. The phone rang for five minutes and nobody answered. If you’re in the same or similar situation I’d recommend calling the store on Wyoming.

Walked up to the door at 6:05 pm. The door was locked. I knocked on the door and a young gentlemen came and opened the door. I told him I needed a new phone because my screen was broken. He looked at me and said I don't have any cheap phones here. My phones start at $250.00. First of all I was eligible for an up grade and I wasn't looking to buy a cheap phone. He did not ask for my phone number, my name nothing. Just took one look at me and decided he just didn't want to help me. Absolute worse experience I have ever had. I have never had anyone judge me like that before. Don't recommend anyone going there ever.

T-Mobile is very disorganized. Daniel told me to go online to solve a billing problem and online said to get problem resolved at the store. Huh? They put a data limit on my XR when I bought the phone and when I signed up for unlimited data so the phone died the first day. I had to pay $70.00 in addition to get the phone working immediately.
