Never answers the phones even when no ones customers are even in the store I was calling from 1130am to 1pm then drove down there and parked in front of the store thinking they were bizzy nope so I called and still watch the chat with each other and not pick up the phone lazy

Almost every single time i go in this particular store the people working there are standing there doing nothing and do not seem to really want to help out. Me and my husband went into this store on 09/06/2020 because his phone malfunctioned. The girl who was working in the late afternoon was there by herself. We went in and explained what happened to my husbands phone, and asked if there was anything she could do. She never looked up our account info and all she said was if we thought the device was over a year old by so many days we would not be covered for a replacement device. Then she shows us phones acting like we were interrupting her day, her customer service skills were terrible. She never looked up our account to be sure it was over a year since we bought the phones and she never once reminded us we may have insurance. So we left and we were not to happy with the service we received. She basically is getting paid to chill in the store and rudely and vaguely help customers. I will be switching services asap. Lazy workers at this location except the male worker who works there he is nice and helpful the others are never helpful. If this is what metro pcs by T-mobile is like all over do not bother with them, it is a waste of money and time for crummy customer service.

The past couple of times I came here it's been nothing but great service and fixing issues the other Metro store on 111 Coors Blvd couldn't handle. I don't understand why they give me such a hard time when this store provides great and fast customer service.

These guys suck! My boss put me on one of his nine line service plans a couple of months ago. Shortly after I purchased a two line plan for my kids on a different account. My phone started malfunctioning, I asked them for help (not gonna mention any names cause the gentle man who worked there was polite, friendly, and tried to help). He said I had a one year factory warranty but he had to get approval from a higher up. Again, very helpful and polite. He took pictures of my phone to show his manager and told me he would get back with me pending manager approval. Four days past, called back, the supposed manager told me that she could not warranty my phone because it had scratches on it. The phone still looks like it's new, I don't get it. Plus it's only two months old. I'm not gonna renew my service with them, I advised my boss to follow suit. I strongly recommend to anyone reading this to shop elsewhere.
