Raven was so customer service orientated. I thought I had bought the wrong phone and she was extremely patient with me. Explaining where everything was on the phone & how I operate it. My goodness she was so patient withy lack of knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend this location!!! Some of the other locations I had bad experiences!! This location gets a 10 star if they had that option available!!! Thank you Raven for all that you do to assist the customers

Metro PC Is a great place to get phones, Tablets, WiFi, and accessories. Workers are very polite to help. I recommend anyone to try them out.

Speaking of unsurpassable great customer experience, you must come and visit Cesar and Francisco. From the moment I walk in, I am welcomed with such great positive attitudes. I am so happy that I am able to come and take care of my technology needs here at metro by t-mobile. There are great deals on 5g phones that have unbeatable prices. Definitely check these guys out and come come get a new phone! Data speeds are blazing fast and I am extremely satisfied with my experience overall with their network and service.

I just recently got the new $40.00 monthly plan. I switched from Verizon and the difference is night and day. I had a gentleman named Francisco help me port my number over and help me get everything set up. Including a case and a screen protector. He was really helpful and super knowledgeable. I saw reviews from other stores and decided to go with this store. I'm always pressed for time. I was finished with the port and my new phone was all working in about an 45 minutes. Keep in mind no one was in line before me. I also had all my info from Verizon for my acct # and my port pin #. Thank you Fransisco for your help! I hope there are more people that work for Metro PCS like Fransisco, with a good attitude and are very professional and eager to help. This man needs a Raise!

My mother came in to get help on her new iPhone 13 and the staff was completely dismissive. they were rude and pretended like she wasn't even there. Get new staff, these assholes are loosing your customers. Thanks :-)

After waiting for 30 minutes with only one employee working, I was never acknowledged in any way. 3 more customers came in after me. I left and went elsewhere.

Find another location. My husband and I had a terrible experience that has cost us at least $100 dollars. While the staff seemed friendly and helpful, we've experienced issues since leaving. First, I was being added to my husband's family plan from a different carrier. I was told by the woman who helped us that everything was taken care of with my old provider and that I didn't need to call them to end service because they do it. Come 10 days later and I am charged my normal phone bill because (according to my old provider), T-Mobile had no way to end my service without me moving the number over. The woman who helped us assured me no less than 3 times that it was taken care of. Second, we were forced to take a SIM card. The woman helping us said that it was part of a special/deal they had and that they added a free line automatically and we had to have either the sim card or a flip phone. We had no use for this and told her but she said we had to take it. It was quite confusing. Then we were charged for it on the monthly bill. Perhaps it was just this one employee or she was having an off day but she seemed to be training the other guy helping other customers as well. Honestly, just go to another location.

Tried to go pay my bill after 10 am and the door was still locked and i knocked on the door for a few minutes and nobody answered. Not open during posted business hours. That's shady and horrible customer service.
