Wendy the store manger, is the nastiest customer service rep this store has. I'd recommend doing business at the Metro on 800 Juan Tabo Arely that store manger,could teach these other stores how to be managed. Shame on the private owners of this eubank store for allowing this type of service.

LOUSEY-I came to pay a friend's bill and buy 3 phones at 7:40pm (they are supposed to close at 8pm), I would have bought 1 phone only if they were worried about it being so late.It's supposed to be that if you close at 8, that's what time you close the door, whoever makes it in the door by 8 before you lock, makes it in and the workers stay to help them until they are finished.Now everyone wants to leave at store door close time, when they're supposed to stay after and clean ect.Recently it's because kids are running our businesses incorrectly since COVID and pushing limits on what they can get away with. People used to fear locking the doors early because corporate or the district manager would write them up and if they kept it up, they would get fired.Maybe we need to call...But it's lousey and inconvenient for those of us that worked till 7:30 pm and rushed to make it there on time and still lost out and work the next day 6am-730pm.

Great customer service!!! These two employees went out of there way to help me when my phone broke. They stayed positive and patient through the entire process. I was explained multiple options so they could help me decide on the one that worked best for me. If they were unsure of something they quickly took steps to answer my questions and concerns with correct up to date information and or solution. I would happily recommend anyone and everyone to visit them for there cell phone products and service. They made the stress of having my phone break not so stressful... I left happy with my new phone. I will continue to go to this location because of the great customer service!

I had went into a metro to upgrade after a year and a half with my phone, I was sold a defective phone and I'm stuck with it. they ordered me another phone, that I had to pay additional for, I didn't have the money at the time so I was turned away when I did come up with the money to go pick up the working phone. I'm stuck with a phone that doesn't work. No ringer or speaker. Its a silent phone.. I'd never recommend anyone to get metro service..

Went there to switch my service from another company and not only did they not transfer my line, they started a whole new service charging me for the phone, which should have been free, but they added 3rd party bundles without my knowing and without my permission

Go inside and half customers running around with out mask, music with foul language and cursing playing and the employees were too busy playing games with each other to do anything about it or help people. Way unprofessional for a public place.

I have never had a problem at this store, I used to go to Wyoming and central and the manager there made it difficult for me month after month, so this store is a breath of fresh air.

just terrible. *!*!!WARNING!!*!* from one EXISTING customer the POSSIBLE NEW CUST... DON'T DO IT! SAVE YOURSELF TIME, ENERGY AND STRESS AND PICK ANOTHER PROVIDER. 90% of the associates (in store) are everything but helpful. unless it involves adding a line to the account don't expect to receive much help, compassion, or attention to the situation on hand. YVETTE RODRIGUEZ" .... please work on understanding, compassion, cust satisfaction and not being a complete rude human being. your company will appreciate it guarantee.
