All these metro outlets need to get with the program and start giving receipts, instead of relying on text messages, never know if you get that one employee who keeps your money. Other than that they seem ok, and offer promotions when available. They think we are banks, and we must have exact change. A democrat society has made them afraid because of the crimes they create. Don't think we will ever get back to normal with these sheep in charge.

The Employees's act like the CUSTOMER'S are an inconvenience to them. I've been with Metro and Their Costumer Service . When I bought this phone about almost a year ago the Sale's Girl said to come back for a Free COVER FOR MY NEW PHONE BECAUSE ALL THE PROBLEMS I WAS HAVING. EVERY TIME I WOULD GO IN SHE WOULD STATE THEY STILL Haven't COME IN. EVERY TIME. I FINALLY GAVE UP. AND IM STILL HAVING PROBLEMS WITH METRO By T-Mobile. I've brought them ALOT of customers but ALOT of them have also drop out and went to other Phone Companies. METRO By T-Mobile what HAPPENED TO Y'ALL...

I went in on the 24 to switch over to metro the girl that helped me let me leave without making sure my phone was completely done I wasn't able to receive calls or texts for 2 days!! Definitely need staff that's trained better I finally got the issue resolved on my own by calling

I bought a new tablet here at Metro. Customer service was great, fast and friendly. Not much of a phone selection like on the website, but customer service is awesome, I will frequent this location.

I been there twice to pay and was closed,in the web they say they open 10 am to 8 pm but never says the closed for lunch,plus you need more friendly employees period.

Horrible service. My phone froze and lost work codes on it. Call on hold forever just to verify but they can't verify because incorrect zip code. I'm would recommend to never go with Metro it is bullcrap

This shop is the absolute worst, the employee here is as d*** and helpful as a rock. They might as well not have anyone here. I wanted to buy a new phone which I guess confused her. I mean, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly certain that's what y'all do here.

If I could give a zero I would, the worst customer service ever today. My phone is the worst phone ever, and I absolutely hate Metro TMobile they suck, they wouldn't even fix my phone after customer service over the phone told me to come in and they would help me. You guys are worthless....I can't believe I just paid my bill....I am leaving your awful company in 3 weeks.....this has been the worst 5 months of my entire life..... nobody ever go to these people ever!!!!!!

Went in this store a couple times already some of the people that work there are very good with there work here but some of them just seems like that don't want to do their jobs. They just want to be playing on their phones while working and have bad attitude. My husband, son and me just asked a few questions and just seemed like she didn't want to work at all but girl if you don't want to work with customers then go look for another job because your in the wrong working position. The other girl that works their tried to help explaining things to us but the one I had to deal with has a bad attitude and needs to go. The girl with the bad attitude i think her name is Carla.
