Employees may try to tell you that you absolutely must pay for insurance on your phone on top of an activation fee. This is false, they are stealing from customers. Go to another store. Metro knows about this and does nothing.

I went in on the 24 to switch over to metro the girl that helped me let me leave without making sure my phone was completely done I wasn't able to receive calls or texts for 2 days!! Definitely need staff that's trained better I finally got the issue resolved on my own by calling

I bought a new tablet here at Metro. Customer service was great, fast and friendly. Not much of a phone selection like on the website, but customer service is awesome, I will frequent this location.
