Horrible customer service. I went to 3 different stores (Juan Tabo & Lomas, Central & Wyoming, Louisiana & Southern). Juan Tabo didn't have what I needed and sent me to Central because he didn't want to have it brought over. Was rude and lazy. Central had what I needed but said they couldn't sell it because it wasn't in their system. Incredibly rude and had the music unbearably loud. Sent me to Louisiana. I asked 4 times to be sure they had what I needed. They assured me a million percent they had it. Louisiana didn't have it. But we're the only polite and helpful ones.

Was wanting the free iPhone SE but found out they were out of them and then found out you had to pay for it and after 6 months you get you money back. Asked about my upgrade I’m allowed and they will only take $50 off. When I switched to MetroPCS I did this deal but after the waiting period I never got the refund.

I bought a new phone there and was told I had a week to consider insurance so in 4 days I had made up my mind and returned. There was one other customer in the store at the time and yet the wait was 34 minutes! When I got to the attendant he stared off into space for awhile, I told him I had just bought the phone a few days earlier and wanted to add the insurance, when I asked how long it would take he said it would be a long process then finally asked for my number. He then pretended that he couldn't add the insurance saying it had been too long and the computer wouldn't let him. I realized then just how lazy and incompetent he was and there was no use arguing so I drove to the Menaul and Wyoming location and they set it up in 5 minutes flat. I can't believe Metro hired such a worthless employee here, I wish I could leave 0 stars. This dude was way too high to function

This place is not all that at all I went into this place twice already to ask questions about the phone I got from them and when I asked questions about the phone I bought the people that where in the store told me that they don't have the answers to what i was asking about before buying a phone from this place make sure it is what you want or you will end up with a phone that you are not going to be happy with at all
