Rude and they clearly don't know policy. Went here to return a 5G Gateway that is within the 60 day return time frame. The representative argued with me and acted as if I was the wrong one when she was. She told me to speak to the manager Yolanda and just left it at that. No wonder I switched to Verizon from metro and thats Says alot. T Mobile just needs to close Metro, they suck. My receipt said everything I was saying to her and she just brushed me off, saying I can’t do refunds. She didn’t know how and that the manager was the only one who could. So where is she?

The sales clerk at this Metro by T-Mobile was very helpful. He helped me with my phone problem. I'll be coming to this store to buy my next phone. He treated me with respect & kindness. The store looked clean & well stocked. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the phone's. I gave this store five stars because of the sales people.

I'm fairly certain the female employee working there today has significantly impacted metro's revenue for that location. It's unfortunate that such a great telecommunications company has employees that make the experience so bitter. Further more, this metro pcs is OVER charging, banking on the customer not knowing the T&C and fees. They tried charging $50 more than the other metro pcs and I reported the behavior to the corporate location, they have always taken care of they're customers.

The people here really are unprofessional andtotallylack experience in dealing with people, and there was somereally gross white stuff coming out of the side of this fat guys mouth like a half a Twinkie and all I could do is stare at it , horrible!

I like Metro by T-Mobile products and services but every time I try to call the store to get in touch with somebody about my account nobody answers or they hang up on me without even speaking with me it's very frustrating

So I'm very happy with the customer service the young lady was very friendly. I'm upset about the phones not coming with a charger block! I think that is a rip off and I will never buy a Samsung phone again! It's bad enough phones are very expensive!!

Went in to buy a phone last Saturday. The price in the display case said $299.00 for the galaxy A53. Guy tried to charge me $460.00. I called Metro PCs customer service and they confirmed the galaxy A53 is $298.00. I called the store back and they kept hanging up on me. Very dishonest.
