I want to send kudos to Josie and Roxanna at here are at the store today! I went in furious about AT&T service and wanted to switch, they made the process easy and quick. I was on my lunch and got service started! Thanks for being so kind and helpful!!! Amazing customer service from both ladies! Glad to be apart of the Metro By T-Mobile community!

I loved MetroPCS until it had Authorized retailers and it's company store. Now that AT&T took over all the services, it became a huge issue getting anything with an account fixed. The staff here was excellent and helpful, but it even took me a while to differentiate the plans, pricing, phones, and the stores rarely even have any sale devices on hand. Basically I left, and I'm just cancelling it all because this is way too far. Stop nickle and diming people and give plan options that make sense.

EYE SCAM SCAM tablets.don't get a tablet here, don't get tablets here
They tell you those are free and free service you call support and they are charging you $15 every month.
They tell you that the tablets are free and of free service and it turns out that they are charging you for them
Robert attended me with glasses. November 7 2:45 or so. He and his partner try to scam you with free services and in the end they charge you. Pure lies. Call support and check your bills call support and check how much they are charging you for those extra services THOSE ARE NOT FREE AT ALL. They were scamming 3 more people when I was there.with the same lies.

After two and a half hours of being very rude resetting my Google account and telling me it would take 10 days to get my phone replaced it's now been three months been there twice and they're exceptionally rude I wouldn't spend my time there

I am so Happy that I went out of my way & went to this location! Manager Siara & the other Ladies absolutely Rock!! They not only understood what I was looking/asking for, but had it in Stock! Great Customer Service is so rare & I so appreciated all their help!!

I took a phone to change the line that was not a metro line. PCs charged me 22 dollars and told me that the line could not be connected.
But they left my other phone without a line too
And they charged me another 20 dollars to return the line I have with metro PCs
They are supposed to give you solutions and what happened was that they left me without the line and I only paid that

I upgraded from an iPhone XR to an iPhone 12, got home with the phone and the battery heated up. The phone died 2 hours later, I charged it, but 4 days later I’ve been having to charge the phone at least 3 times a day! I took it back in to the store, they refused to make it right, and told me I’d have to go to Apple and buy a new battery! Are you kidding me, 4 days ago I spent almost $900 in that store, and they can’t make it right?

If there was a no star option I would have definitely given it to this store. I purchased 2 phones yesterday, I was told I would have until the next day to return the line if I didn't like it or end up wanting it. I purchased it for me but it wasn't good enough for him. I got to the store 5 mins prior to closing and the 3 ladies in the store refused to help me saying their computers were down. I had no way of getting down there until the very moment I could and they turned me around like they don't care. When it's customer sales that decide employee salary/hour benefits assumed since technically the store should have been up and functioning they would be willing to help but they were all very rude and could card why I was there other to bother.
