If you need something done right, come to this location. I had been to two locations prior, and both gave me very limited information. Its refreshing to see employees who have great customer service skills and who are happy to help with your needs.

Went there, to fix problems with a new sims card, ended up paying 25$ , was my phone, my sims card, the my phone refuse to activate, not fear all they do was punch couple of codes, not more the 2 min, my monthly payment it's 35 $??☢️ I'm staying in a local motel, after the city condemned our apartment building,with a new job,I ask before I went, if I was gonna be charged, and a lady sender the phone, she said no, I arrived and she's in the back " having lunch" at 9:45 am?? and a guy, really cool,he did it in less the 3 min.... X 25$ !!

Jessica and Salvador make a great team. Jessica has expert knowledge of what Metro PCS has to offer and works in your best interest. They both bend over backwards to insure customers are well taken care of. You must go out of your way to visit Jessica and Salvador on Louisana SE in Albuquerque if you want a deal on a new cell phone and service.
