“Frank at Mattress Firm sincerely helped us with the best mattress and base set up. After three separate visits testing beds and bases, where Frank let us take our time asking questions, and provided water. We went with the Tempur-Pedic system which includes mattress and base purchases for a split king. After our first night we woke up refreshed and ready to go. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! The swelling in both my feet finally gone, thanks to the adjustable base with massage, also eight plus hours of sleep instead of four and a half!! My husband's legs, swelling reduced with more hours of sleep! His sore back felt better with the extra lumbar support from the bed base!! We highly recommend getting both the Tempur-Pedic system with Tempur-Pedic pillows! Frank definitely helped us with the right setup!! A shout out to the friendly and professional delivery team! They unboxed, unwrapped, and assembled inside the home. The pillows came inside a delivery box with the original packaging. The mattress covers as well. They adjusted the location of the bed as needed. Having the location for the beds vacuumed and obstacles to the bedroom out of the way before the arrival definitely helped make for a very smooth delivery and set up! Only suggestion, for the delivery team, please call with an estimated time of arrival if running behind and also check the massage feature. Called Frank and another base to delivered asap. Frank helped me with calls and arrival!! Please note Frank is very willing to assist, in a courteous and professional manner!!”

Sachi’s mattress is firm & comfortable. (They sell varying levels of firmness so you can get the one that’s right for you) so far the mattress has held up great. (We’ve had it for 2+ years) my wife has back problems & sleeping on this mattress has helped ease her back pain.

“I purchased mattress here because I found one very comparable to the prices I found on Amazon. I didn't have to wait for it to be delivered and I appreciate dealing with the owner face to face. He works there alone so you get the best price. He keeps his overhead low by not hiring a bunch of unnecessary labor. Because he works there by himself. You might have to call a couple times before you get somebody to answer the phone. Just leave a message like I did and he'll get back to you. I'm thinking about buying a bed frame from him as well, as the prices are comparable to Amazon as well. I find this to be extremely rare these days. If I go back and buy the frame I'll take a picture”

My original post: Over the past 5 years I've purchased a fridge, dishwasher, and a full TV setup from Baillio's. I've discovered that when it comes to these items, you can pretty much get what you want from most any store selling them. But what you don't always get is outstanding service. With Baillio's, I have always been impressed with their selection, prices, attitude, helpfulness, service and on-time delivery. They really keep you informed so you don't have to sit around all day and wait for them. Their delivery and set-up service has been impressive. They match prices--so you always know you're getting the best price. But they have always surpassed the big box stores when it comes to service. I highly recommend this company.”

I gave 4 stars only because they told me they would call the day before with a 4 hour window for delivery and that didn’t happen. So I called the day of delivery to get it, but had to take the whole day off work since I didn’t have an ETA. The assembly was fast & efficient with no issues. Thank you… I love my new dinette set!”
