I couldn't recommend Andrew any more. My fiancé and I came to Andrew looking to buy our new home and he was 100% responsive and helpful from the get-go. As fate would have it, we found the home we had been searching for while Andrew happened to be at a work conference out-of-town. We had a momentary worry that he would be unavailable to help us make an offer since he was gone, but we were very wrong. Andrew jumped right to it and got everything done for us remotely within a couple of hours. He is a truly hard working and kind man that saw this process through until the very end. Andrew was very attentive! He was constantly keeping us informed of the next steps in the Selling process and answering any of our questions. Overall, the process went very well. I had an old house in the North Valley that had been a rental property for a number of years. My wife and I had relocated to California about 10 years ago. Bryan helped coordinate the sale and what needed to be done in order to sell it. He was very pleasant and professional.Bryan Templeton and his team did an excellent job!
