Service technician/ mechanics take to much time trying to service 2-3 cars at a time . My oil change to 2hrs and 15 minutes . Every time its taken between 2-3

UPDATE...as of 8 20 24!..I took my escalade in to be checked out and was told it was the battery making it die in the summer time heat. Paid 500 for a new battery and seemed like it was fixed and was happy during the drive Home and was super happy and gave a great review. 2 days later driving it for the first time withend 15 mins was left stranded in the middle of the road and suv doing the same thing so I took my suv back the next monday . This time they told me it was the manifold and replaced it for 2100 . Got the suv back 2 or 3 days later and again during the 5 min drive home seemed like the problem was fixed. Got in to drive the suv again and yup you guessed it the suv left us stranded again and still doing the same thing i originally took the car to them for.Took the car back and this time when attempting to call for a update Got no answer and had to call from a different number only to be told it was the erg pipe and they don't make the part any more so basicly sorry we can't do anything about it ...hmmm looked on Google and rite away found the part 80 to 100 dollars and with erg valve 150 grrrr !!! So basicly all i got was a thanks for the 2600 bucks. No call back ro try and make things rite or anything! Maybe for some people 2600 may not be alot of money but for me it is with having a family . I would've thought they would've reached out to me to try and work something out but nothing . I have a 2015 chevy trax that we got from reliable chevy last year still owe on it and month ago issues turbo went out 3000 manifold 1800 and NOW THIS . I figured if I took it to chevy they would be able to fix the issue unlike a random mechanic shop that would rip you off but only got robbed again!!! I'm totally done with all chevy gmc caddilac products from now on if i could give a negitive 5 stars i would!!! thanks larry miller chevy for taking my money! IF YOUR CONSITERING GETTING YOUR CAR FIXED HERE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND RUN RUN RUN !!!

I have had multiple issues with my 2023 Colorado. Including general service I’ve been in about every other month since purchase. Yes, I did buy the extended warranty, at this rate, hoping it is honored and pays off.
