“I had two packages I needed to send. One had to be sent UPS and the other had to be sent via USPS. This UPS location was very convenient and because it was Sunday, not crowded at all. However, because it was Sunday, and these were returns, I needed proof that I had sent the USPS package, but there was no post office open that day.
I happened to mention this as I was dropping off the UPS package. I was so surprised that they were able to accept the other package as well, and they were able to provide a receipt saying that I had dropped it off. The clerk was very helpful and kind. Most importantly, by being able to help me with this package, the UPS store saved me a few hundred dollars on a cell phone I needed to return via USPS by that day. I thought I was familiar with the services UPS store provided, and I have always had good experiences at various locations. however, I learned something new with this experience and I am grateful to the clerk and the store.”
“A great guy help me on July 7th, I needed a digital copy and a hatd copy of a document. I tried all morning got mad. Thought about where to get it done and this UPS store popped in my maps and I'm glad it did. Walked in and he was beyond helpful. He was able to do all that in minutes and made my day. Walked out a happy man. Then get this, I get home and my mother in law asks me if I had envelopes and I said I would be right back. No kidding got back to the store they hooked me up and I got brownie points with the mother in law. Great guy I wish I knew your name, Thank You”
“I travel a lot and was receiving mail at a previous UPS store. I now realize how much mail I wasn’t getting. Although it took awhile to transition, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager will personally address issues and I appreciate what they have to deal with each day as people can be rude. They don’t set the prices and always offer options to send packages. Very nice group of people and they do provide good customer service.”

“I ONLY use this location because there’s no one like Jordan and Sahaih!! Both of them are so sweet, helpful and just amazing! This location is clean and welcoming, I own a small business so there a lot of returns and shipping, I never feel like I’m looked at where you get the feeling that they don’t want to help you. Since the 25th we've been asking about a package we ordered. Associates told us, more then once, that they never received it. Finally went online to track it after se eral attempts. And it went to the Post office I went 3 times to the post office, they kept telling me, it was delivered.
Once again this morning stopped a the post office. The associates there gave a print out of signatures from the mailman the delivered it and the associate at the UPS Store. Now they want to. Charge me late fees, when the associates I spoke with told they didn't have the package. Didn't e even try to search for it.
The person that signed to receive the package should pay the package. I would ask the owner to ask future employees about shipping, receiving, and handling packages, realize that these associate our in customer service, its about helping the paying customer and being lazy, because they don't want to take the time to search for info for a customer.”

“Fantastic service. I had an urgent document print job (over 200 pages) and Scott took the time to handle the request in the middle of a busy afternoon. He was dealing with multiple clients at once and we had to reprint when we discovered a mistake. Scott had a positive attitude throughout and was so helpful. Thank you, Scott!”
“I got my PO box this month and wow my 1st time there and as I say wow . excellent service,verry nice good looking woman that took care of me 5 mins flat I had my keys in hand and out the door under 10 mins . Facts service I give a 10 I hardly ever give 10z but this place if it went higher than 10 this place would get a 11 or 12 . So far the best in town .I been a native all my life here in 505 . The best ! Hands down”
“Every time I've patronized this locally owned business, I've been 100% satisfied. Because I have had to go in several times, I've dealt with at least 5 employees, including the owner. Each person was professional, polite, and helpful. Recently, I had to come for some very specialized printing. It was actually involved and took a lot of the employees' time. Every single one of them went out of their way to assist me with a smile on their face, even though it was not easy work and took a lot of their time. Other customers were being helped efficiently during this process. I've always seen them with more than one register open. I do see that they have lines most times when I go. The lines move reasonably, efficiently and quickly. I'm not sure what people expect from a business like this. There are going to be lines. I will continue to patronize this business. They are a gem. Thank you to each of you!”
“Employees are always very nice. I just walk in drop off my packages on the belt and walk out. Easy and convenient if you dont need a receipt. They open late, too, and on Saturdays.”
“I hate the atmosphere when I walk in the door I be coming here for a little over a month to get mail and the customer service is poor they need to go back to training they are to comfortable”
