Great place for mailing. They have a lot of packing materials and many different size boxes for your mailing needs. They do FedEx as well. Priced well and seems they are happy not gouging customers for every penny like other businesses do. Good attitudes all around and helpful. Dogs seem protective but not vicious or threatening. Six Star establishment!

Elaine here at Mail Bank is wonderful! It was great to know that my packages and mail were safe for a very reasonable monthly fee. Can't recommend their services enough, even if you're just thinking about getting a mailbox I'd recommend going down and talking to her and Kim. It's absolutely worth it!

This place is great for receiving packages. Shipping packages to my apartment resulted in a lot of theft. This place is the perfect solution. I rent a little mailbox but mostly receive Amazon packages. The price is very reasonable considering I never have to worry about stolen packages again. I just visit mail bank to pick up when I'm ready and they are open every day of the week. Everyone there is friendly and I always feel better after making a short visit.

Mail Bank is very convenient to ABQ and their service is friendly. I was able to have an item quickly packaged and shipped back home to myself rather than risk it's transport stuffed in my luggage. Thank you!!

This mail location is beyond fantastic. Our family had to get some very fragile items shipped and quickly. Kim at Mail Bank, was patient, kind, helpful and did a fantastic job both wrapping fragile items, and helping us understand how we could package things in a way that would most serve our financial needs. If you don't want to deal with the long line at other locations, look no further - this is the place to go! You will get truly great customer service here. Elaine worked with Albuquerque fine arts photographer Charles Salazar to deliver his magnificent to large format (54" wide) work to me in perfect shape. The packaging was superb. I also spoke with Elaine directly and she was super-helpful. The pricing also made it feasible to ship this work framed rather than just as a print to be framed near my home.
