I run a transportation company, and we've used Macy's Towing to tow our vehicles at least a dozen times. They are professional, responsive, affordable, and they always move our vehicles safely. I only wish they were state-wide!

My car was stolen and when it was recovered it was towed here. The service was terrible. It's like they try to rob you again even after they know you just had this terrible thing happen. It felt like I was robbed twice.

This place took my vehicle I even talk to the driver when he took it, the next day same guy help me at the office and did not wanted to give my car because he stated that he did not know if I was the owner after I show him insurance and my old registration because the current one was on my other vehicle because after the accident I did not put it back on the car. I show him everything I had on the car and on my phone even pictures of the accident. And his answer was. I DONT CARRE ABOUT THE PICTURES OR THE OLD DOCUMENTS. he made me drive back to my house 20 minutes away and 20 back.

Jose came to our rescue and towed our 5th wheel when our truck broke down. We're in the middle of moving the RV to our new home out of state and our truck broke down and will take a couple weeks to repair. Jose came quickly and towed it to a storage facility so it's safe until our truck is ready. He was so conscientious moving our rig and got it there safely despite the difficult parking spot and 44ft size of our rig. We are so grateful and highly recommend him.

the driver was very friendly & on time about the tow. but their dispatch charged me $90 cash to take my rolling car seven miles home. you can get the same quality tow for $30 less almost anywhere in albuquerque.

The only towing company we will use! Our car alternator gave out tonight while driving and we were left on the side of the road in Albuquerque. I decided to call Macy's to see if it was even possible to get it towed home (30 miles south) and from the start of the phone call until the car was back home in the driveway was such a great experience and it was super fast. Jose was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was obvious he was experienced and knew what he was doing. He arrived to us in less than 30 minutes introduced himself and explained what was going on while hooking up the car, asked questions about what happened with the car and gave some suggestions. He didn't mind when our daughter came outside to see the tow truck when we got home and was so nice about the whole situation. I highly recommend this company!Service: Car towing

My wife had broke down in ABQ after work and I called around to find wait times of 2-3 hours. I was given the number to Macy's to try and they had a driver to us in 30 minutes. The driver was extremely polite and helpful. Took good care of the car while loading it and got it safely to the shop that was requested. Would absolutely recommend if you need a quick and helpful tow.
