They did a fantastic job and if I didn't know three dirty little doggie shedders rode in my vehicle on a regular basis, I'd think that my car just came from that dealership.Services: Steam cleaning

Got their cheapest exterior hand wash for $10. In the process of drying it off my WRX badge came off leaving some adhesive (it wasn’t on great honestly). The employee offered to clean the adhesive off real quick because it was their fault. I was not upset about the badge coming off as I was eventually planning on taking it off. The employee proceeded to clean it with some adhesive remover when his boss came up and said there was no time for that and I would have to pay for it. I left with my car washed but I an adhesive stain. I was sad that the employee had better customer service than the boss. 3 stars because they are affordable and have nice employees. It’s not an end all and I plan on trying these guys again but I wanted to share my experience.

These guys are amazing! I have 2 large dogs and 2 small kids, so needless to say my minivan was a wreck.They got all the pet hair out and it looks amazing - the difference is night and day. Very affordable and their work speaks for itself. Happy customer here.Services: Auto detailing

I searched for several weeks for an interior and exterior detailing business to address a spill I had in the truck of car (laundry detergent). Some of which seeped to the third and second row seats. When scheduling with Lyon Auto Spa, I mentioned this in the description of their site. Upon dropping my car off, they mentioned they may not be able to get all out- I was fine with that. I was okay with a good cleaning from top to bottom; total cost was $260 (199.99 on the site but the owner increase the price by $60 dollars because it was a SUV). Despite the increase of price, I still felt good about selecting their business because everyone seemed professional and appeared to know what they were talking about. After three hours, I returned to a car that appeared shinning and new until you had a closer look: the front of the tires were cleaned but the middle still had mud in it, the windows were smeared, side mirrors didn't look like they were touched, cup holder not adequately vacuumed out, spots/mud still on the wheel barrel of the car, and more. To make matters worst, there were little circular dots all over the hood. The gentleman who did the walkthrough claimed he saw it after power washing the hood. I am 99.9 percent sure that was not there when I dropped it off (I would have noticed it!!!). I was their only appointment today, and I think they rushed through the entire thing. I left very upset that I paid over $100 dollars for a basic wash. When I got home, I used my finger nails to scratch off the dots (very easy to do). Not sure how a detailing company couldn't have safely removed what ever that was on my car?!? Lastly, I did a quick google search on how to remove detergent from carpet, and it's really easy. I'm sure guessed what I'll be doing this weekend and for now on...washing my own damn car!

I was delivering a car that had deep stains in the seats and was generally filthy. I showed up at 8 without an appointment and they worked me in and cleaned the car up. Very satisfied customer!

Don't believe the come on price of $10 car wash. They denied my small pickup and wanted $20. Forget it. Crappy part of town and only one guy working

They were friendly and did a good job. I just got the exterior wash. The advertised price for a "vehicle" at $10 was doubled for my truck. I was told this prior to the wash. Not sure if I will go this route again.

The other day (9-8-2022) this team really took care of me in a crunch! I don't live in Albuquerque and I had to get a clients car delivered in top notch condition.Not only was the service top notch but the results of the detail were great.My client was extremely pleased and that's a win for everyone.Thank you to everyone there!
