I ordered online air filters and put curbside pickup. I waited 15 minutes and no one came out so I got mad and went in and got my filters. The employee's kept apologizing it didn't change anything still upset won't do this again.

Just ran in for lawn fertilizer and they were efficient. I can generally find what I want. I was impressed now employee s can use their phones to access inventory. Save me going to a different store, and wasting time

Staff was very polite but short handed, and what staff was working was apathetic at best. They also followed me around because I was dressed warmly and that kind of discrimination is atrocious. I guess when working on your home during the winter don't dress in layers or the ASSume your homeless and a theif. Just because someone is homeless doesn't mean they are going to steal. Maybe next time they will do better.

I have been waiting 20 minutes for someone to come to the paint department. At least 5 employees have passed by, I have pushed the customer service button several times. What is going on at this store?!?!…. After another 10 minutes of waiting I finally found a manager. She pulled a young lady and after that, I received the customer service I expected.

Ordered a refrigerator, was dented upon arrival, I was told I would have to reschedule and make phone calls and what not to the store. Nobody helps, we were hung up on 5 times, eventually driving to the store. DO NOT PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM LOWES! Terrible customer service, terrible delivery drivers, terrible all the way around!!!!

It's a normal Lowe's home improvement store. They are likely to have what you need for normal maintenance tasks, whether tools or materials. Seasonal plants can also be commonly found here, like garden vegetables or Christmas trees.

Lowe’s is a great store to go to for me. It’s very convenient to where I live. The reason I do not give them five stars as they do not always have irrigation parts that I need.
