All other locations didn't have a saw for wood cutting. Finally, we made it to Paseo, and then 2 other employees were trying to have him say no. Mr. Riley did it for us! From a management standpoint, you are the ? in your store! I want to say Congratulations!

I ordered several items online. The items were all listed as being in stock. The issue was that they were in stock at different locations. I was not made aware of this until the order was "partially filled and ready for pick up." I'll never use the lowes website to make a purchase again.

Although, I look normal, I'm still weak and recovering from two neck & spine surgeries. It's difficult for me to even pick-up a gallon of milk.
I went into this store to get a refill of Ortho Outdoor Insect Repellant and a Refill of Round-Up weed control. I was pretty disappointed that the only way to check-out was through a self-serve check out lane & at the time, there was a line 4 people deep.
Perhaps to circumvent the lack of service I should order online and do curbside pickup. Seems ridiculous what retailers put their customers through and their lack of service stinks. I'm just going to have to realign my choices with better boundaries. WE VOTE WITH OUR DOLLARS.
UPDATE: I ordered and purchased online and did curbside pickup. It was seamless, fast, and easy (didn't even get out of my vehicle). Still a 1-Star for lack of in-store service, I had to return twice.

As a General Contractor and as a home owner, I will not go to "this" Lowe's ever again. RUDE! DISRESPECTFUL! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If you order for pick up, make sure you double check your order before you leave the parking lot. One of the associates actually accused me of lying over an $8 item that was left out of my order and said they were not going to give it to me.

I went to Lowe’s to receive a pickup order. I was notified by Lowe’s that my order was ready. I went through the check-in process and was told to meet them out front to obtain my items. I waited an hour and a half and they only had partial of my order. I was misinformed when the remaining of my order would arrive and received it two days later.
My suggestion:
1) When informing customers of product readiness ensure that it is communicated that only partial order is ready.
2) An hour and a half wait for pickup of a partial order was unsettling.

I love the store. All shelves are stocked. But only one very busy checker in the garden area. 10 in the morning. Long line. I went inside to check out.
