My identity was apparently stolen, apparently they don’t check ID or verify on large purchases, when I called the store they told me basically their procedure is to direct us to the CC company.
Like no investigation, no nothing don’t know if it’s state or company policy but at least Home Depot hasn’t defrauded me yet. I don’t even live in New Mexico smh

There is one employee, TONY, coolest, most helpful gentleman at any store in Abq. He is a shining star.
The rest of the staff are braindead, booger-eating, morons. Lazy, rude, and dumb. It's as though they hire directly from a cantaloupe farm... not the farmers, though. They hire the actual cantaloupes.
I absolutely hate shopping at this store. Lowes on 12th is a filthy outhouse. I saw a guy shoplifting two chain-saws the other day, and it filled my heart with joy.
Tony! Go get a job somewhere else before you become ill due to the toxicity of the culture at Lowes on 12th.

Hard to get any help without bad attitude. Then sold Mr stuff after the fact unable to use. For outside use & deadly for pets & small children. X2 things specifically asked & stated when finally got help.

I shouldn't even give them 1 star but have no choice. Please don't anyone ever buy a Lowes protection plan they will not honor it. The receipt literally reads "Lowe's 2 year protection plan" I used the smoker I bought once. Tried to take it to Lowe's to get another model of same smoker and the manager here told me that I have to contact manufacturer of product. Even though it clearly says I paid for Lowe's protection. They definitely didn't protect anything. I used to always shop here now I go to Home Depot. I will never spend another dollar here. pathetic!!

9/2024 I went in today to grab a couple of things. Want to go pay and the person at the lumber side cashier was too busy on his phone to realize we're waiting. Once he noticed, he just seanned everything quickly didn't offer any bags which I had to ask for one. And as soon as the payment was done, he didn't say anything to us and immediately got back on his phone. I would expect this from walmart, but not at lows.

Visited this location today. I understand it's Mother's Day but really? Not one person willing to help? I was trying to get some lumber cut and not one person even acknowledged me. I guess they were busy guarding the forklifts. I guess I'll go to Home Depot

Came in early, needed help with blinds. Was told the person who can help with blinds will be in at 9:30. Came back at 10:20. I've been waiting for 40 minutes.

Returned 2 mortar bags and lady @ threturn counter was very rude. Didn't acknowledge me for over 10 min. When she did was upset because I was returning the mortar. After returning she asked me to push the mortar to a certain location. I said no and she threw a fit. Mocked me in front of other customers because I didn't want to do her job. Very disappointed
