I am so upset by the little trans guy who seems to be the general mangager of this store. Last week, I saw a little old man walk over there - it was cold and windy and he seemed really beat down when he got in the store. I saw again at the cash register that was trying to purchase some beer. He looked to be in his 80s but the manager was really smirky while he wouldn't let him purchase the beer because his id was expired. I tried to buy the beer for him with my valid i.d. but this smug little jerk threatened to call the law because I was trying to buy alcohol for someone without i.d. This is my neighborhood grocery store - by far the most convenient place to shop but I won't shop there again until that awful person is fired.

Today I went to buy fruits and vegetables and what a beautiful produce, very clean and organized, also the manager named Dilinller helped me find some things, since it is my first time in the store, you have to recognize that he is a efficient and friendly employee.

I really like this supermarket. They have the best prices on my beer (Marble 12-packs) and wine (St. Clair). I wish I lived closer to it, but hopefully I'll be closer when I move. Good music and a pleasant atmosphere for shopping. Everyone who works there is friendly without being obtrusive. None of that passive-aggressive "May I help you?"

The store is very nicely done and nothing is out of price. They had all that I needed plus some extras. I won't do all my shopping there, but I'll see you very soon for a bag of things. I loved it

Prices seem steep, but the convenience is key. I usually just buy milk/produce. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable

If you were looking for a local grocery store in old town, New Mexico, this is the place to go. Good wine, selections, some pre-prepped meals in their deli area, and a wide array of general groceries.

11/2/23 update. Lowe’s employees keep adding shopping carts to our street. These carts showed up on our street this morning. They keep moving trash from the alley onto the neighborhood street behind their store. Lowe’s has no respect for the neighborhood! And they don’t care about throwing the trash into the dumpster, they rather push the responsibility onto the neighborhood.Over priced items for low quality food products. Don’t shop here! They also have a very small selection of healthy foods as well —and you guessed it, it’s also way over priced. Whole Foods is cheaper than this grocery store, and they have higher quality foods. Furthermore, for a solid week their employees were dumping their trash from their alley way on our sidewalk (the neighborhood behind the grocery store). When I asked them to stop putting their trash on our side walk, they said it wasn’t their trash, that someone left it in the alley way (they use this alley way for deliveries and loading/unloading). I then said, that if it’s in the alley they should throw it way, don’t dump it on our sidewalks in front of our house! The alley way is their responsibility, even if it isn’t their trash. This store and their employees to have no regard for their neighborhood they serve. After I said this, they took the trash and piled it next to our neighborhood dumpster, they didn’t even try to put it in the dumpster. They also have their own grocery store dumpster, they should have used their own trash bin. Again, they have could care less about the neighborhood or their customers. Rude. The Lowes employees are very rude and disrespectful of the neighborhood.2 hours later a person from the neighborhood put the trash next to the Lowe’s trash bin, then a short while after I saw a Lowe’s employee put one of trash carts back in the street (not even on the curb!) and another trash cart on the sidewalk! I saw this employee do this and asked if he could just throw it away, and he said “no, it’s not my trash”. Their employees keep putting alley way trash on our sidewalks and on our street. Lowe’s store, you all need to just put the trash in a garbage bin if it’s in the alley and in your way. Please. Thank you. When people leave trash on our street, we throw it away, so please if someone leaves trash in your alley, and you need to get your store trucks through there, please dispose of it correctly. Store manager: I did get a video of this employee doing this. …Wait! The person in this video IS THE STORE MANAGER! Wow. This person is so rude. May I suggest a customer service training for the management and employees at the 11 Street Store, and perhaps a Lowe’s community trash pick up day to show how much they really do care about their community and their neighborhood customers.

Nice little grocery store with a surprisingly wide selection and a clean professional atmosphere. Unfortunately, their prices are far from competitive, which is a big deal with food prices so high in general right now. If you are close by and need to make a quick trip on foot for a couple of items, it's worth it to come here — but if you have to get in the car or hop a bus to get here, you're much better off going to Smith's or Walmart where the prices are more reasonable.

A few years back this grocery store was just kind of your average trashy, junk food, ghetto grocery store. Folks in the neighborhood went to them and said “hey, we need a real grocery store! and we need better quality food.” Over the period of a couple of years, they worked with the neighbors and created what we have now, at Lowe’s Corner Market. Given the challenges of operating a business downtown, they are really doing a phenomenal job here. I know the prices can be high, but they do seem to maintain specials on core ingredients so that they are affordable. And it’s great to be able to buy quality produce and healthy food at a local neighborhood market. I applaud their efforts to adapt to the changing socioeconomic dynamic in the downtown area.
