Shawn and the crew are true professionals. They know their merchandise, they know how to install and repair their merchandise. And they’re fun to work with. Couple this with a wide range of audio and entertainment products, and the upshot is that if you’re looking for expert help in selecting audio (etc) equipment, whatever your budget, you can’t beat ListenUp. These are genuinely nice, knowledgeable salespeople who strive to do right by their customers.

My husband and I went to ListenUp to look for options in upgrading our surround sound system. We were told to take photos of inside our home so that ListenUp staff could lead us in the right direction in selecting the right equipment for our needs. It has been a few weeks and no one has responded to our inquiry (email). Seems pretty clear ListenUp did not want our business.

We have needed a new stereo system for years but had a profound fear of shopping for one. We're technophobes whose last system was from the 90's, so shopping online was entering a confusing new world. We decided we needed in-person help. Shawn Mills and Listen Up saved us from our fears and sent us home with exactly the right system for us. Shawn patiently listened carefully to our needs, figured out what would work for us, encouraged us to listen as much as we wanted, and fully explained the system, the setup, and our options. And he did it all with good humor. A perfect experience, a perfect system, and a perfect 25th anniversary present for ourselves. We have good quality sound again! Thank you Shawn and Listen Up.

Sterling and Fabio did an outstanding job of installing the TV, making sure everything was working, and providing patient and detailed instruction to Susan on the use of the remote, accessing her favorite sites, etc. They were very thorough, right on time, and made sure that everything was as good as it could be.

I live in Denver and brought my wife by to come check this place out as we were looking to fit our new home with audio. Unfortunately we felt as though we were being rushed out of the place and our stay for a few minutes was not welcomed. The staff felt very opinionated about their personal favorite brands. The lineup of brands felt very minimal and didn’t properly encompass every option available. Go shop if you’re looking for retail price speakers and amps with every penny squeezed out of your wallet, In addition they have no warranty policy so if something breaks after the fact, good luck.Go shop Crutchfield instead. better prices and better service after the fact + none of their salespeople are for profit unlike ListenUp.

Don't expect this outfit to respond to you quickly after they put in a system. They said that it would take them a few weeks to have someone come out. They left cables hanging, not what you want to see when you have a wall mounted TV. They did not even replace a back cabinet cover. Not a very professional job!Not to worry Sean. My friend had it taken care.

My husband is an audiophile and usually can figure stuff out regarding his stereo. We had spoken to Orlando and was able to have Nick come out and solve our speaker connection problems between the Sirius radio or the CD music being chosen to play. Nick was a genius and got the system working better than ever. Thanks Nick.
