Horrible. My mom has been waiting for portable oxygen and her percussion vest to be resized for 2 months! The doc placed the order and my stepdad was on line for an hour before he got a person to answer. Still no equipment. Maybe patients are left to suffer and die!!!

I have had multiple billing issues, getting double billed. I can not get a refund and I have to wait 1-2 billing cycles for the account to get a credit. Will not use this service any longer.

When I changed my pulmonary care/concentrater to lincare. I had no complaints. However last Tuesday I was surprised to receive my monthly bill mailed instead of being withdrawn from bank account then seing on bottom of bill there were 2 charges of $250 and 1 saying $519.??? My monthly bill always been $30. I had one time met the manager when I went in for supplies. She was a nice and kind person . So then on Tuesday day the nightmare started when I tried to reach someone in billing. The gentleman at Albuquerque lincare told me he doesn't do billing. He transfered me and told me what prompt to hit. After 20 minutes on hold a woman named Sarah said she couldn't help either. Then transfered me where I was on hold for 32min .I hung up n kept trying to reach some one all day with no avail. So with a chipped bone on my heel I drove to lincare Wednesday. Asked to speak to the Mgr that seemed so nice was told she was out on the field. Made sure my correct #was in their system and he promised he'd have Mgr call me. As of closing on Friday I received No call. This is the worst customer service I ever received from any company. Definitely a two . There was a gentleman and woman sitting there and heard me and as I was exiting they both chimed in and agreed with me. SAD

I live in a gated community and they will call from the gate phone want me to use my phone to let them in if I do not get to the phone in time I have no way to call them back or correct the problem and therefore I miss an oxygen delivery

My doctor sent an order on 6/20/24 and as of today, 7/14/24 there has been no contact from Lincare. I have tried to call them daily for over two weeks now, the phone rings and gets you to the main menu but no matter which option I choose, I get placed on hold and no one ever answers. I stayed on hold for 40 minutes once just to "be sure". I even called the Corp office in FL to try to get contact. A very nice lady there tried calling and she too was just placed on hold. She said she was sending an email to the center manager to contact me, nothing. That was over a week ago. Tomorrow I will be calling my insurance for another provider and letting my doctor know to not use Lincare going forward. Even if they were to contact me now, I have trust issues with them and can't use them for future supplies.

Lincare treated me with dignity & respect from our 1st conversation!
Other company threatened to refuse me service if I didnt get the doctor to send paperwork by the end refuse that week I had the 1st conversation with them. Thats how I found Lincare!

The Albuquerque location provided us with great service. Frankie and Melissa are excellent!! This 5 star rating is for our experience yesterday.
We have had excellent service at all locations, with the exception of one location. We are told that that location is too small to house a larger supply of oxygen. That makes it difficult for clients from that area. It is unfortunate that clients from that area can't get the oxygen supply they need. We are driving 2 an a half hours to get the oxygen we need. I am hopeful that this situation at this particular location can change.

I know others have written some negative things about Lincare. I only had a very pleasant and friendly experience. A couple came in as I was leaving and they were being difficult. The folks at LINCARE were kind and respectful to them. So, nothing but positives from me about my experience.

I love Lincare! Kim is phenomenal at her job! I took a road trip and Kim worked it all out for me. The people that deliver my supplies are just wonderful! I’d recommend Lincare to everyone!
