I wanted to get my taxes done. I stated that I got it done the previous year and was quoted the same price rate. The owner and the assistant were very rude. And said no they won’t going to honor the price I was quoted. The temporary assistant twisted my words and added an attitude with them. Then as I proceeded to leave she told me don’t forget your keys on the way out you don’t want to walk to whoever you’re going. Which I thought was rude and disrespectful. I won’t be back and this is not a friendly place at all. Poor customer service.

Susan knows the tax business like a professional. She has being doing our tax returns for sometime. We have a great deal of respect for her. I recommend any person who needs their taxes done, to call her for an appointment.

Liberty tax service on Montgomery is very professional. The people are very kind there and they make you feel comfortable. They prepare taxes really quickly and accurately with out all the hassle. They also have a lot of offers and promotions. Compared to other tax companies and offices they charge just right.
