This year was the first time using Liberty Tax services, and let me say the service was phenomenal. You really need to go somewhere that knows what they are doing. This place is just all talk. Our new tax person we obtained after this mess discovered all the problems in 30 minutes. They knew the tax laws and were not afraid to help with IRS. Liberty tax avoided meeting IRS several times because they could not find the problem like our new accountant. New accountant has heat in their building.

The experience and the knowledge of the staff and owners are very knowledgeable and they treat each customer with respect that's why I go back every year thanks library tax for always getting me a great refund!

Great people. Very knowledgeable and well informed staff.I never had to wait for personal attention. I paid 50 bucks and received over 5000 ifor rebates and past taxes filed.Convenient location and great parking?!

Worst experience you pay all this money only to have them not even help with a simple letter I been going to liberty tax for years and this year is my last not only do they charge you ridiculous prices they can’t even help you when you need the help when you receive letters from the irs leticia you don’t belong in customer service let along doing taxes are you doing?if your reading this please go up the road to another company me or my family will no longer come here
