Sales, five stars. Service, zero stars. The sales department won my business and I bought a truck. Service lost my business, permanently. I won't be back. Ever

I brought in my brand new car with a big problem. The service person told me to leave it for 3-5 days. Ok, how am I going to get home? They refused me a loaner and wouldn't offer me a ride home, Los Lunas is only 21 miles away. I am a widow and a Senior, so how was I supposed to get home? A brand new vehicle that cost $23,500 and this is what you call customer service? And the service manager won't even respond. I'll never go back to LHM Casa Chevrolet. My new car is at a different Chevrolet dealership doing what these people SHOULD HAVE DONE

My husband and I have been customers for years, even buying 2 vehicles at the same time. We wanted to trade in for a newer model, like we had previously, many times. This particular time, husband specifically asked for a certain salesman. That person put a new trainee with my husband. After numerous attempts to make a deal, four hours later. My husband and I are senior citizens and he has a bad back and needs a cane. During the 4 hours there, they did not once offer him a bottle of water, or anything. Besides NOT doing as was asked, the salesman was frustrated by my husband's knowledge of how he does his trade ins, he became offensive and biligerant, saying that my husband, his customer, had wasted his time. I thought that the customer was supposed to be number one, but this time, Larry H. Miller Chevrolet on Lomas left a bad taste in my husband's experience with car sales, and has never been treated so poorly and to be told that he wasted the salesman's time was totally unnecessary, disrespectful, and plain hateful. I hope that they take care of customers, not make them feel bad. Not acceptable, at all. We may still service our 2 vehicles there, but we will never buy another vehicle from them. And we have convinced many family members and friends to buy vehicles from them. Not any more. Totally uncalled for.

I had a bad experience with LHM Hyundai when I bought a Buick there. To avoid problems, I went to the Chevrolet dealership for warranty work on my Buick. They completed the work and the next day reached out to me via email offering to buy my car and get me into a better one. So I responded to the email and the text conversation began. They spoke to me about available vehicles and told me they had some to choose from. I decided on one truck and asked for a link to see more info on it. Nine days went by with no response and then out of nowhere I received a text with a link to the truck I was asking about. They ask a little more information and the salesperson disappears again. More than a week later, I receive a link to fill out a credit application. Did that and another week of silence goes by. I called and spoke to the sales manager who seemed upset that this happened and he assured me he would get them moving on it and he would personally call me back. Days went by with no contact and I texted asking what was going on. They then hit me back saying they needed check stubs. Sent that and went back to being ignored. I finally called management back and told them to throw away my info and never call me again. If this is how they treat you when you're trying to buy a car, I'd hate to see how they ignore you after you e already bought it. It seems like all Larry H Miller dealerships operate the same, I highly recommend staying away!!!

Initially this became the only place I would buy a car and I have purchased 3 from this place. I am not sure what happened but their priority is not customers it's sales. I purchased a vehicle about 3 months ago. I was called to come and get the registration paperwork and title. I went in about 5 days later. I live about 45 min away. Upon arriving nobody could find the paperwork and then said it must have been mailed to me the week I was notified via telephone. Another week goes by and still nothing so after calling back they found it in the office and asked if I would pick it up. Now for the second issue. I traded another vehicle in about 3 weeks after this with another dealership. I went back to claim my gap and warranty from casa. I was told the check would be sent to me and not the bank and the check was just waiting signature. Fast forward over a week and I call becouse it has not made it across town yet. When I called today the check was still sitting in a basket waiting on signature. Not only that but they will now be mailing it to the bank instead. He said should be another 1-2 weeks. So I asked if it will sit another week in the basket of course the reply was no it just needs signature. Of course it does it's been sitting in the basket over a week already. I'm not sure where your team and dealership went downhill in customer service but I will no longer do any business here. From buying a new car with them to this nonsense. The process is very simple and I have gone through it many times sadly and never once had this or these types of issues.

April 2023 by Alex S.
I thought I'd be helped out and given great service since I had gotten two vehicles here before and sold one here as well. WRONG. Loyalty and good service and truthfulness is not something this dealership practices. This is the second time I've been screwed with and lied to by them, but thought hey I've done a good amount of business here they will help me. I was told to come in the 8th of April's 2023 and we'd work a deal to purchase my new car and trade in my other one. I got there at 10am but didn't leave till almost 4. No new car or deal. They ran the numbers and according to John Reid the manager I was approved for a new Malibu and they would pay off my current car. Shook my hand and said we have a deal you only need 3000 down. No problem. The sales rep John Paul said they would send me an email with paperwork to sign so when I got back we could finish things up. John Paul texted me the whole time I was driving there telling me things were great and to just let him now when I was back and we'd do the paperwork. So I went to get it and after getting a down payment of 3,000 that I had to drive to placitas and back to get I find out they just sold the car to someone else. After they promised me things were good to go I just needed a down payment. Which I had. I was then told I couldn't get anything that day and I would have to wait till new Malibus come in and John Reid would honor the same deal. I mentioned to John Paul that I could look at a used vehicle until new ones came in because it could be a while. And customer service wouldn't talk to me at all just said they would have John call me. He said he had his managers running the numbers on cheaper vehicles I requested be looked at and would let me know. So a few days later asking me for more paystubs and info to try and get approval on something they told me I was already approved for. But they were only looking at new Malibus which I said I can avoid for now(because nobody knew when they were coming) and just do used. Just to find out after ruining my credit with almost 10+ inquiries I'd need an addition 2000 down. I said I could do that but would like to know what's going on and why the deal I was told I was approved for and shook hands with John Reid was out the window all the sudden. Was then told by John Paul he would have John Reid call me and explain everything and I heard nothing. No call. No explanation. I waisted so much time giving this place another chance even ruined my credit even after they sold me warranties I didn't authorize on my last car which took me threatening reporting them to the better business bureau and the attorney general(something I'm certainly going to do now) to instantly come up with a check for almost 4000 after weeks and weeks of calls and terrible customer service. The salesman that did that is no longer there after that situation so I am never coming back here and advise many to stay away because they wasted my time lied to me and operate in some shady ways that many other dealerships I've talked to where shocked to hear about. Definitely not fair to consumers at all. Especially ones who keep coming back to try and build loyalty when they are promised good deals and the best service. No good customer service, human decency, fairness, or integrity here whatsoever.

I went in on a Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. Using my truck on Sunday on the highway I discovered that I cannot go above 50 miles an hour without violently shaking. This is due to the fact that they did not even check to see if the wheels were balance before the rotation. There’s an extremely unprofessional oversight for a dealership service departmentService: Tire rotations

I have been having my 2005 Corvette serviced at LHM Casa Cheverolet Service Department for fifteen years. Their Service Advisor, Richard Chavez, has always been attentive to my concerns, knowledgable about service and maintance requirements, honest and friendly to deal with. Zero starsThe worst negligent service I have ever received. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for Saturday 5/28/22. When I left the dealership my rear driver tire fell off my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. Stranded at a gas station about four blocks from the dealership. I called the service advisor and he said they called a tow truck to come get my truck back to the dealership. After a three hour wait for the tow truck. The truck arrives but doesn’t have the equipment to get my truck up with out scraping my truck. I had to source my own tow truck. My tow truck guy arrives and gets my truck back to the dealership. All service employees had left for the day it’s 8:20pm. Service advisor had called me saying they had rental car reservations for me and that I need to go to the airport to get a vehicle. I go home and sleep. I Wake up Sunday 5/29/22 to go get the rental car. I get to the airport and they tell me the reservation that was made can only be picked up at an enterprise rent a car in the city and not at the airport. I proceed to contact the service manager to see if he could help me get a rental car. His response was “they are closed” and never responded to my calls again. So it’s Monday Memorial Day. I call the GM of Casa Chevrolet and leave a message at 10:30 am it’s 2:20 pm still no call from anyone. So to summarize. My 50k dollar truck is out of commission because of the negligence of the service department. I had to source my own tow truck and neither service manger or general manger care enough to call me back to get me a rental car. This is the last time I ever purchase anything from Larry H Miller Casa Chevrolet. They have wasted my time, left me stranded and haven’t contacted me because it’s an inconvenience to their weekend. When they ruined my truck and the plans I had for Memorial Day weekend.Services: Tire rotations

Yes I had my Chevy serviced today.1. I responded to a FaceBook opportunity to get a special price. I signed up and made the appointment. When checking in i found that the discount didn't apply so I was going to be charged full price.2. I bought and installed a new air filter 1 hour before my appointment.3. After an hour or so the Service Advisor advised me that my air filter needed to be replaced. I kinda lost it and called them a bunch of crooks. I informed him that I had just installed a brand new air filter two hours before my appointment. I told him to go and inspect the air filter himself.4. He didn't say anything but spun around and about 15 minutes later he indicated that he and the Service Manager did inspect the air filter and found it to be brand new.5. Of course he apologized and took $20 off my bill.I have always used the Chevrolet Dealer for my oil changes because I had a sense of honesty and professional service rather than the reputation of some of the oil change services. I now find that I was misinformed and of course I'll never use this dealership for any service, repair, or potential to purchase a new car.I know I was probably singled out because of my old age but I'm not as senile as they would like to think I am. I'm smart enough to recognize a scam when its so poorly executed. One has to wonder how many other trusting customers have been scammed by Larry H Miller Casa Chevrolet and the many other Larry H Miller dealerships in just Albuquerque.Service: Oil change

Worse experience. The service advisor doesn’t care about customers. I purchased the wheel/ rim warranty for my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado and when I have to use the service . I was told they had to submit a claim to have my rim replaced 5 months later O haven’t heard anything and when I ask “claims take time”. Then I get a flat take my tire y the dealership because the warranty doesn’t patch the tire they replace it with a new so I was told. I had to wait a day and a half to get my tire back patched. I had to pick up my tire and bring it home because their techs had left for the day and no body could put the tire on my truck until Monday. So I have to drive all weekend with my spare tire. I can’t believe we pay all this money for these warranties and when we have to use them we can’t.

It seemed that I could not get through their telephone tree two days before my service. I wanted to confirm that I wanted a tire rotation and the time that we'd scheduled for my arrival. I kept getting bounced out. In the really tough business of auto sales and service the losers fail to follow through and correct communication problems. When I reported this the service person assigned to me, he said "Yeah. Their having problems with our phone system." They surely did have a major one on the day. After dropping the car off I got a text message asking me to "...reply START to opt in to service updates..." I did and a following text stated"...You have successfully subscribed to messages from this number.." The problem - I never got a text telling me what was happening to my car. I did get a phone call from the service person telling me that my car's work was finished.Service: Tire rotations
