Wonderful fun local gallery with fantastic staff. Wish I went here straight away from my arrival in the area. My friends who live here love this place as well and confirmed some of the local artists are sweet folks.

First time coming in and I love the art galley within the building, definitely will come back through again in the future. The gift shop was so-so but that wasn’t the main reason I came over.

My favorite local art gallery with a beautifully curated selection of modern art, and a lovely gift shop with so many cool art inspired items! The best part is the people - everyone who works there is so wonderful. And bonus, you can sip a glass of wine from the attached winery while you browse. Highly recommend!

Lapis Room is an amazing new imagining of the art gallery for a new generation! I love the eclectic mix of work from large paintings to gift-able items and from contemporary to figurative and even sculptural works. The entire team cares about art and artists above all else- I am not writing this from my bias of being an artist represented by Lapis Room but because I’m honored to be represented by such a generative and inspiring hub in the New Mexico art community. I hope every business I work with going forward treats me as well as they do!

Visited a month ago. Found a special Artist treasure. Should have bought immediately. Contacted them afterwards and they shipped it to me when I realized what I missed. The lady actually searched in a drawer to find by my description as it was not still on the shelf. Thank you MEG!!!! And Big Head Leather.

This place is incredible! The art is curated thoughtfully and the events that are hosted by Lapis Room are on point. You'll find some of the best contemporary art/artists here and I love the modern vibe that they bring to their corner of Old Town.

Everything about Lapis Room is such a vibe! They have a gorgeous space that highlights local contemporary artists and have some of the cutest gifts you'll find in Albuquerque. They support their local teachers and Laura was gracious enough to donate gift cards to my school's Sunshine Committee. I encourage everyone to stop by, meet some of the sweetest girls, Laura & Meg, and support this amazing ABQ gem. See you all soon!

Came in while at an event and omg! This place rocks. The art is so unique. Everything here is special! I loved the layout of the store, it was very spacious and clean. The jewelry up front was beautiful, so many bold statement pieces so if you're looking for a gift you'll find it here, I was surprised they even had plenty of dainty jewelry to choose from! I'm more of a dainty girl... I'll be back for more! I'm just obsessed! Wahonored to experience this today!

This is a wonderful gallery in old town. Local artists and artisans supply the art for the gallery. Every piece is curated and the gallery has high quality art for sale! There is also a nice collection of jewelry , gifts and other local goods. I definitely recommend a visit to lapis room for all your local, excellent quality art needs!
