I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Land Rover of Albuquerque. My car has been at the dealership for almost a week, and despite my attempts to communicate with the service team, I’ve received no meaningful updates on the status of the repairs. The only information I’ve been given is that the car needs to remain there while Land Rover approves the necessary parts.
Adding to my frustration, I use the Land Rover App to monitor my vehicle. Today, I received alerts indicating that my car was open around 3:00 pm, and later, at 11:38 pm, that multiple items were open. I have no idea why this would be happening, and my attempts to get clarification from the dealership have gone unanswered.
I've documented everything—mileage, each visit to the dealership, and now this alarming issue with my car being left open. Unfortunately, the customer service at this dealership has been shockingly poor. As someone who has dealt with various dealerships over the years, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone based on my recent experience. There is a severe lack of communication, and I am genuinely concerned about the care and security of my vehicle.

I bought a car with Mike from Land Rover ABQ and it was an easy process. I was remote, and had Mike send me detailed pics and videos for me. He went above and beyond for me throughout every step. Roxxie was also able to help with some of the logistics along the way. All in all, you can tell this dealership is ran correctly. They made my purchase from Texas stress free!

My experience from the beginning to the end was wonderful. I am out of state (Colorado) and from the very first phone call Erica was amazing. She was so efficient with getting me everything I needed about the car I wanted to buy and made my trade in so effortless. After driving all night we arrived to the dealership and again Erica was incredible. She went above and beyond for everything and the entire team was a pleasure to work with.
Thank you so much for making this such a memorable experience in getting an amazing new car. I highly recommend this dealership!

Started off great until after they got their money. Paid cash for a vehicle only to have the dealership give my family the run around for the title for months. They had no problem accepting their more than 25k up front but when it comes to the customer service after the papers were signed is utterly disgusting. I will never shop here again and will discourage everyone I know from going to this “high end” dealership. Being blamed for their communication and customer service failures is unacceptable especially after paying for a car up front. Wish I could rate negative stars.

John, Andrew, Gino and Nathan were great. I came into the dealer in a panic my 2016 Land Rover Lr4 was overheating and i was on the way to the hospital as my dad had just had a heart attack. They kept me calm and got me to the hospital so I could be with my dad. they fixed my car in the same day and delivered it back to me. Both Hannah and Natalia we very pleasant and express there condolence's and assured me it will get better. The topper thou is a few days later they called back just to check on my dad. Landrover of Albuquerque does everything they say they’re going to do and they do it on time. Time is everything to me. The fact they come and pick up my car at my home and then drop it off when it’s finished is absolutely awesome!

excessively lackadaisical service on the most simple of issues.
Complete lack of follow up, or concern for the customer’s time, and surprising lack of knowledge.
We ordered a roof rack, a trailer hitch, a new windshield, and a solution to not having they key for the wheel locks (the locking lug nuts for the wheels).
We called the service department once a month , and heard nothing but excuses.
Still waiting more than 2 years (!!!) on an empty promise from the service manager, and have not received one single follow up phone call during that time.
Issue still mot resolved, so please do not post me one of your computer generated consolation letters.
Instead, do what you promised to do over 2 years ago. albuquerque land rover clearly does not want customers.
We go to the santa fe land rover location now, and since day one, they are excellent in every way. We had a new windshield and resolution of all problems in less than 2 weeks at the santa fe location.

When you purchase a vehicle from a Range Rover/Land Rover dealership you definitely expect great service.... Here you get more than just great service. Roxy (sales manager), John (service manager) and Leila (our salesperson) were without a doubt, some of the best people we've dealt with at any dealership. We purchased a 2019 BMW X5 and a few weeks after that the car had a mechanical failure, John and Roxy stepped up and immediately took care of the problem. It's hard to find a dealership that is honest and will stand behind the product that they sell, Land Rover Albuquerque is the exception. Great people and great service. We couldn't be more happy, thank you all again!

Just a great experience. After not even dealing with dealerships in 16 years because my 2008 RR Sport HSE was awesomesauce, I was nervous, but everyone I interacted with was excellent, particularly Amy M., Layla B, and a gentleman whose name I cannot recall (sorry, dude, but you know who you are). Nice, patient, thorough, and welcoming. 10/10 Totally recommend.

This was the most pleasant, no hassle, car purchase my husband and I have ever had. Layla Barnes was our sales representative. She was knowledgeable, professional , and went above and beyond to manage our deal and comfort throughout the process. Roxie the GSM gave us a complete understanding of the vehicle and numerous purchasing options. My husband said when we arrived home our next vehicle will be another Land Rover.
