Prices are way too high when they have their sales I have noticed they up their prices. The employees are nothing but lazy people who don't know nothing lazy boy has gone downhill and is not worth shopping

We purchased furniture for an entire new house. Our sales rep was absolutely no help. He did not follow up on return calls. It was a very frustrating and long process. At the end, I worked with Bill Shultz and he was amazing and very knowledgeable. I would recommend asking for Bill when you go in to look at furniture. The furniture is amazing but it’s a sales person who can make your experience good or bad. Thank you Bill.
