My wife was very disappointed with your policies. We don’t know how the unit became unplugged, but it was. Seems like there is 2 cords that operates both sides of the love seat.When the tech got here, all he had to do was plug in the 2nd side and the recliner worked. The tech told my wife to call in and get a refund because there was not a repair done and he was at our house for less than 5 minutes.The receptionist spoke to her supervisor and the supervisor said no refund because he had to come out here and actually do some work. Well, plugging in a cord that was hidden from our sight and we had no idea it existed was an awful lot of work.After having issues with the east side store when we were buying the units and we ended up buying them from your west side store, we now see that good customer service does not exist in your company!! We will never purchase anything else from you again and will let our families and friends know to do the same.

Lazy boy gave me a 2-hour window for delivery. They were here in the first 30 minutes of that window. Very friendly and professional. They werein and out within 10 minutes.

From the design process of my storage chaise lounge with Anita at the Cottonwwood, Albq., store to the delivery men delivering it; it was a very fun project and it was the perfect solution for my space. I'm using it for my reading chair and it is VERY COMFORTABLE. I highly recommend this chaise for multiple purposes. The quality is OUTSTANDING!!!

The repair person was very nice, out going and on time. My repair could not be accomplished because one of the replacement parts was worse than the original part. The second replacement did not have enough form to cover a wooden area. The repair told me he would be able to stretch the fabric and then staple the fabric but I could not see that as a long term solution. Very disappointed in the current quality of La-Z-Boy furniture.

MORRISON DUAL POWER RECLINERPurchased Dec 2023 - Delivery Feb 2024 - May 2024 ongoing issues:Loveseat was considered a special order due to fabric selection. Within a week after delivery, my husband began complaining about lower back pain. I’m not much of a TV viewer, but after the first time, 45 minutes later, I too began experiencing lower back & neck pain.I spoke with the store manager who was proactive and contacted the service center. A tech came out with SOILED product (has been in the service truck, he said). I didn’t allow him to insert filthy product in our new loveseat. We contacted Olivia at the service center with my concern. He was affirmed new product would be ordered.Paula, store manager kept me abreast of follow-up emails sent Olivia at their service center. Today, 5/18/24 the tech arrived with wrong product that Olivia ordered. In the meantime, we keep switching pillows, hoping to find comfort. Quite a costly decision to purchase this piece of furniture.
