I’m new here and this has to be the worse BX Barbershop in the world. I ended up getting the older blonde lady, she was rude and did not know how to use the trimmer. I ALWAYS tip the barber but this time NO WAY what a waste of $18.

Easily the worst haircut I received in my life. I had the manager. She was nice, but I don’t believe she’s experienced in cutting other culture’s hair. I asked for a 1.5 length mid-fade skin and beard/mustache lineup. It was uneven and she gave me a high-fade temp. The lineup is atrocious. Horrible. Didn’t even try to offer me my money back. I’m currently of base waiting to get this fixed.

Barber kept nicking me leading to blood on the back of my neck. Didn’t put alcohol after using the clippers. Horrible haircut and they wanted me to go shorter to fix their mistake. Lady said she has been working there for years. Got the refund after the debate.
