We moved from out of state after selling our home and needed to find a new home in ABQ (biggest life transition/change for us in about 30 yrs, including spending a ~month between homes). We interviewed realtors and ultimately decided on Linda and are so glad we did - we had a great experience with Linda & Keller-Williams! She knows the area, its history, including history of neighborhoods, building styles, and seemed to intuit a few things along the way from our conversations and was always responsive. Her mellow calmness balanced out our stress, and helped us keep on an even-keel! Her assistant Megan also anticipated a few things that, after seeing them we were relieved we did not have to mention/remember, very nice and also contributed to lessen stressors. We are pleased with our new home and thank our lucky stars we found Linda and her team! Thanks Linda & Megan and everyone else at KW!! :)

I reached out to Linda after a decade of receiving her valuable emails and newsletters on the ABQ Real Estate Market. My Rental property needed to be sold and Linda took on this task with enthusiasm. We worked together on a sales strategy that made sense and she provided valuable guidance on how best to prepare the home for sale. Firm offers were received on first open house weekend. She helped manage through challenges with the buyers and their realtor, keeping the deal on track when it could have easily fallen through. And her communication and responsiveness was outstanding. In the end, the closing was successful. Linda is the kind of professional and experienced Realtor that anyone should be pleased to work with if selling (or buying!) a home in ABQ. Thank You Linda!

Linda DeVlieg was a really great realtor to work with. I would recommend her to anyone listing their home or wanting to buy a home. She was so responsive, followed through on everything she said she would, was always on time and always kept me in the loop. Her advice was so on point! She also arranged for contractors to come and provide costs on any projects that were needed to be done so I didn’t have to worry about it which was VERY helpful to me. I will be providing her name to anyone I know who is listing their home in the future.

Our realtor was more than we could have hoped for. Linda was with us every step of the way. We moved from southern California in Oct 2019 and Linda DeVlieg was recommended to us by our broker in California. Linda was able to do pre-work for us while we were still in San Diego: she lined us up with properties that fit our wish list so that when we arrived in New Mexico, she already had a tour schedule set up for us. When we found our new home, she was knowledgeable in explaining the contract to us and providing us with a timeline of buyer/seller responsibilities. The transaction couldn't have been easier thanks to Linda's experience and expertise. After we closed escrow, we were reading some of the literature enclosed in her packet and realized only then that Linda is kind of a big deal in NM real estate, sitting on boards and commissions, and authoring books and articles! It was great to have such a seasoned (and trustworthy) real estate pro working for us! We recommend working with a real estate professional who has a vested reputation in their community, especially if you are moving to an area where you have no contacts and could easily be taken advantage of...

I thought buying a house would be a nite mare... I guess it is if you have wrong Realtor. Luckily for us, we had not only a good Realtor, but the BEST Realtor. We were walked through every stop of the process in terms WE could understand. I still keep in touch with her today and I can see why she's one of the top Realtors. Linda is someone you can trust with one of the most complicated things a person can go through.
