Koden has been so helplful to me over the last two years. As a NON DIGITAL NATIVE, I have lots of small and seemingly simple-to-solve IT problems with my MacBook and iPhone. He is always direct, kind, fast, and gets the job done.

Koden had our computer for a few days last year and narrowed it down to a hardware problem with the cpu. Armed with that knowledge, it was easy to order the parts we needed to fix it ourselves. For all the diagnostic work they did, it only cost us $50.

Thanks i have a 09 imac 20 inch yeah old right but he made it run like new. Macbook Pro stopped working, Apple Store put me on hold for hours, and then I called KDN. They picked up my laptop at 10PM on a Sunday evening, completed the repair, and dropped my computer back off at my house, all within 24 hours, and for 1/3 of what Apple probably would have charged. Awesome service!

KDN is an excellent business. I am very grateful for their customer service-- Koden was very patient in explaining what happened to my computer, and delivered it to my home on a rainy day. They gave me updates on my machine whenever I called, even on the weekends. I was expecting bad news and a high price based off a diagnosis from another local shop.... however, when I took my iMac to KDN they were much more honest and reasonably priced. Feel so lucky to have found this business as they saved me a lot of money, time and always spoke to me with respect. Thank you!!

After my MacBook crashed inexplicably and the advice I found online lead me nowhere, I called KDN. Koden repaired my computer and did an excellent job. The service was affordable, timely, and thorough, couldn't ask for better. I work online so having my computer repaired quickly was important to me and KDN pulled through! On top of it all, they are a professional, friendly, and very accommodating local business. Thanks KDN!
