Normally I would give Jungle Jam a four or five star review, but today was absolutely unacceptable. When we went this afternoon, we were turned away and told that Jungle Jam is sold out, and only people who had booked or were attending a birthday party were allowed inside. I was told that I could buy a ticket at 12:30 to reserve a spot, but I would have to pay for the ticket. When I informed the employee at the front door that we are already paid monthly members, and I did not want to pay double for a ticket I had already purchased with the monthly membership program, I was told that I would still have to buy a ticket to reserve a spot. Even if that is not Jungle Jams policy, then management needs to make sure that the employees are well informed of the policy. It felt like such a rip off to me as an adult, but it was truly upsetting to see my son so disappointed and sad because he was turned away from playing, all because the business chose to prioritize birthday parties over any other types of customers. An adult can process and understand, but a small child or toddler may take being turned away from their favorite play place personal. We are disappointed Jungle Jam and I will definitely be cancelling my membership as soon as my mandatory 4 month contract is up.

I am absolutely disappointed in this business. I just tried to take my son to play and I was turned away because tickers are sold out and I have a MEMBERSHIP! how do you have a membership in which is a 4 month minimal contract and still can't play if I pay once a month when i signed up to be a member for a reason. That means I am not getting money's worth and my son is truly sad . I purchased a member ship for a reason and I can't take my son when I payed for him to play whenever he wants! I am seriously canceling my memembership once my 4 months is complete. This is not okay . WARNING everyone because they do not tell you this up front !! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!

Hot inside, Not a good choice of food and drinks, half of the outdated arcade machines don't work, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Very well maintained and clean play and jumping areas. We went on a Saturday but still wasn’t crazy crowded which we really liked.

Getting very run down and not worth the price anymore. They update the waiver system every other month so you are forced to keep filling this out.

My kids enjoy this place which is why I go. I’ve bought arcade cards a few times and after spending money I go to play the arcade games with my kids and many of the games they have are broken. It seems like they never fix them. When we went today I mistakenly bought a $20 arcade card. This is no exaggeration, over 90% of the games weren’t working. It would be nice if they would at least tell you that most of their arcade games aren’t working before you spend even more money. It’s not right. They also have a credit card reader that gives the option for tips when you’re paying to get in. I’m done with this place.

We absolutely love this place! Very fun family fun place. It's a bit pricey but worth it. My kids aged 16,14 and 4 LOVE it. Two hours is the perfect amount of time for them to play and wear themselves out.

Staff is not controlling the toddler room just look over and walk past while 7 year olds are running a muck. Parents have no care in the world what there kids are doing. Definitely will not be going again as it is a safety hazard and unprofessional

We literally got to the playground and I filled out waivers for my entire family before walking in then get told I need to refill them out. I look back on my phone and it says my waivers are valid. Then go back to the counter again and she says only my husband has a waiver when I filled out now 12 waivers for four people! I put all of our waivers under the exact same phone number so you can’t tell me that after filling out multiple waivers none of them but my husbands exists. The staff wouldn’t even try to help us figure things out just kept telling us to fill out more waivers on the tablets.

Jungle Jam is an amazing place for kids to play and have a blast! The best part is that they allow adults to join in on the fun, which makes it a perfect spot for family outings. The play area is spacious and well-maintained, ensuring safety and enjoyment for everyone. The arcade is a fantastic addition, offering a variety of games that keep both kids and adults entertained for hours. Plus, the food court has a great selection of tasty options to refuel after all the excitement. Highly recommend Jungle Jam for a fun-filled day with the family!

Some days are better than others, today (Thursday) not too crowded, clean, but seems like only two girls are working. Idk if they are having staffing issues/training or what but after waiting in line with 1 girl at the register, we were told they got a new system and need to redo our waivers. This could have been mentioned while we were in line. So we redid our waivers and then got back in line with one girl working, despite seeing several workers standing around with their stuff- I presume their shifts were over. But management could have seen the line backing up and the 1 girl at the register looking overwhelmed. She could have got some back up is all, or we could have been informed about new system with a sign while in line. Also, the nachos always taste stale. Most likely a brand issue- not a staff issue. I will say the facility is clean and well kept. I take an 11yr old and a 1yr old. Very safe, will keep coming.
