Lousy parts warehouse. Out $150 of my own pocket and couldn't return a part. Also they sell broken parts to everyone all the time. Better off going to Gorman Industries or United Refrigeration.

Horrible customer service, very rude management. And refused to do a return on a part I bought from them, after another part that I bought from them failed. Can't believe they rip people off like this. Will not do business with them again!

Wouldn’t sell me replacement leads to my voltmeter because I didn’t have an electrical license. Waited in line for nothing. Guess my money will go to Home Depot.

It has become the norm for businesses and their employees to be very detached, short, unhelpful, rude, and even angry and hotile to their own customers. If fact many businesses are undermining their own customer base and seem oblivious to it. It appears Management is either so overwhelmed, detached or uncaring about the ongoing loss of their customers.
