My husband and daughter recently had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Jetblue during their trip from Albuquerque to JFK airport. They chose Jetblue for its direct flight and booked a car rental, but everything went downhill from the moment they arrived at the airport.Upon reaching the airport, they were informed that their flight was canceled, and to make matters worse, the following two days' flights were fully booked. My husband had an important presentation at Yale, and my daughter was set to attend a two-week summer camp at Yale, so waiting for two days was simply not an option.They approached the male staff to explore other airlines that flew to bigger cities, so they could reach Yale from there. However, the staff seemed unresponsive and uninterested in helping them find an alternative solution. It was evident that they were struggling with their own system, and even after my husband suggested other airlines, the staff just stared blankly at the screen without making any progress.Feeling frustrated and left with no choice, my husband eventually gave up on the staff's assistance. They had to return home and took it (at 1:30 am) upon themselves to book new airline tickets (at 10 am), but the only available option was a very expensive one-stop ticket. This meant they couldn't use the previously booked car rental. To make matters even more aggravating, the car rental agency refused to cancel the booking and provide a refund.The entire experience was a time and money-consuming nightmare. The lack of customer service and empathy from Jetblue's staff was appalling. It's disheartening to think that a direct flight, which they had chosen for convenience, turned into such a disastrous ordeal.I hope sharing our terrible experience will serve as a warning to others considering Jetblue for their travel plans. The airline's services were utterly disappointing, and their staff's inability to assist in a time of need was disheartening. We will think twice before choosing Jetblue again in the future and sincerely hope they address these issues to prevent other customers from undergoing similar ordeals.

Canceled my flight same day, causing me to pay triple to another airline, then cancelled my return flight leaving me stranded at JFK overnight with no hotel, or anywhere to sleep

Desk doesn't open for baggage dropoff until around 2 hours before flight. C'mon, it's the middle of the day and I can't drop off my bags. JetBlue seriously needs to expand the dropoff window. I can't blame the attendants but whatever terrible policy by JetBlue they are following.

They had cancelled all flights the night before and didn’t bother to say anything till a few hours till supposedly departure, We ended up making a ton of phone calls and had to book with another airline to get home, Customer service was no help and just lied a lot, never again with this company

I hate doing this but this young lady made me. Asked a question due to inconsistency. This lady got short and rude.... After paying money you would think they would have patience for a question. Sorry her day sucks and she need to take it out on guests....When someone say "I been here for 30 years". You know that are about to be rude... shame on her I hope she gets a better personality for hospitality...... or just find another gig.... Get better JetBlue

In the worst crisis ever they are showing a wonderful customer service. They refunded me everything and gave us an incredible attention every time. All my past flights were perfect with them. In my opinion and with my experiences flying, JetBlue is better than United Airlines, American or Delta. It is a pity this airline doesn't have international flights. Thanks again JetBlue for your help and patience!

Flight was delayed over an hour from ABQ to the late arriving aircraft from New York.we ended up landing in New York nearly 2 hours behind schedule. No compensation was offered for the delay by JetBlue.

Flight delayed 24 hours and then cancelled on my fiance and her friends for her bachelorette party. She finally got a flight on another airline, but most of her friends are unable to go. Now she's out for the cost of 2 nights for the air bnb, and stuck paying for an oversized air bnb for the rest of the trip. Jet blue offers a voucher, which doesn't help at all with the lodging expenses and is in fact completely worthless as we would NEVER fly jet blue again at risk of ruining another vacation.

The male customer service rep at the ABQ Sunport, the night of December 20, 2018 was extremely rude and combative. When people showed up and used the self check kiosk, just like we did but a few minutes after us and stood next to the line that had formed, he took them first. When I pointed this out he said "there are two lines and we were in the line for tickets" and would have to wait. I told him we just needed to drop off our bag as we just used the kiosk and acknowledged that we stood in the wrong line (only line at the time), he had to keep running his mouth until a different customer service rep helped us. She was pleasant. The confusion was caused due to the layout, and is understandable, I dont take any issued there, but the combative behavior we were subjected to was inappropriate at best.

The check in counter is not always staffed, so if you come early for a flight, nobody will be there to take your bag. Other than that I had a pleasant flight experience. However the "overnight" flight to NY isn't long enough to get a good amount of sleep, but I would rather fly direct than use another airline.
