Terrible customer service. Internet is spotty at best. Haven't had working internet connection in almost a month and unable to contact anyone for support. Looking to switch providers.

Having read a lot of reviews on this company, I felt it necessary to share my experience. Having become fed-up with my current LTE broadband carrier (AT&T and their local affiliate) I went looking for a more reliable solution. I reached out to several and found Chris Smith at InfiniteLTEData to be very responsive. We went back and forth on email for two days as I reviewed their website and read multiple online reviews. Chris was very responsive and didn't seem to grow weary of my questions. Finally, I decided that it was worth the $45 activation fee to get the gear and try out the 14 day trial, so after discussing the matter again with Chris I placed my order. The first thing he did was to reach out and suggest that I forego the extra charge for UPS shipping because the vendor shipping out the hotspot was in the same state I'm in - saved me $22. Then in further conversation and understanding how I intended to use the hotspot he felt that it wouldn't adequately serve the role I was anticipating. Ultimately, we agreed that I would cancel the order and seek a different solution. WHAT IMPRESSED ME MOST is that he went what I consider to be above and beyond for online sales to ensure that wouldn't be disappointed or dissatisfied with my purchase. So I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND that anyone looking for a rural broadband solution reach out to InfiniteLTEData and discuss their needs and possible solutions. I firmly believe that Chris is committed to helping you - even if that means not making the sale when their solution isn't quite what you'll need.

Service goes down every month and I have to wait days to get a sim card every time. This company relies on one world wireless for everything and has no answers or support for anything. Avoid at all costs.

I've been going nuts for months trying to find an unlimited 4G data plan for my hotspot. AT&T, TMobile, and Verizon were all trying to charge me something like $100 or higher for less than 100GB. I was using TMobile for a while at $60/mo for a 10GB cap that barely got reception where I work. Also, the plan I was on seemed like some grandfathered-in nonsense that they were trying to phase out anyway, they had to assign me a phone number even though I didn't need cell service. Finally got what I was looking for here: a mobile internet service where I could use my own device with a cap I would never reach. If TMobile was charging me $60 for 10GB, then $99 for 300GB is a steal. The plans were all self-explanatory, I didn't feel like i was trying to be sold anything extra, I just paid for a month of service (plus about a $60 startup fee) and got mailed a SIM card. The service wasn't working at first, but it turns out that was just because of the storms in Texas, Chris got me pointed in the right direction. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about but If I ever have any unpleasant support calls, I guess I'll update this. It's been smooth sailing thus far.

Dont waste your time and money. They took my money and failed to provide service. The sim card I recieved worked for a couple hours and then lost service. They werent able to fix the issue but still charged me a $60 activation fee. I suspect the main carrier locked sim since I was using a router. The response from the company below is false. Signal was not the issue. When I first set it up it worked fine and than lost service completely a couple hours later. I tried for several days to get it to work but service never resumed. Response from company was "Yours may be one of those few dozen lines that are having issues. We understand if it doesn't clear up that you will need to search elsewhere and get a refund, but you'll need to do that through One Wireless World as they bill your credit card."Thats another thing to note about infiniteltedata. They sign up then turn you over to another company called One Wireless for service issues. It took One Wireless 4 days to respond to my first request to fix the issue.

We live in an internet desert in rural New Mexico and have so far been relying on hughesnet for internet access which has been absolute garbage. In COVID times we are trying to work from home while coping with remote learning for our two children and our lack of reliable high speed internet access has been infuriating. That is until we found InfiniteLTE. Customer service so far has been absolutely outstanding, starting before we even placed our order. Responses to questions about hardware recommendations and service coverage came within hours if not minutes of when I sent in email questions. After I received my SIM card I had a bit of trouble getting set up and after submitting an email question at 11pm I received responses from support 10 minutes later. I’m now enjoying fast internet speeds reliably and my life is 1000% better for it. Remote schooling is far less frustrating, working from home is possible, and I have the internet angels at this company to thank for it. If you are somewhat tech savvy, and understand that there’s not a 100% guarantee that cellular will work in your specific geographic location despite coverage maps, the. This is absolutely worth a try. They have a 14 day return period, but I’ll certainly be holding on to mine, because it’s awesome.

Chris Smith at Infinite LTE.com runs this business. He resells sim cards through ATT and T mobile through Joel Smith at One Wireless World.org/ Impact Wireless. Chris Smith is a true nonprofessional and Joel Smith (no relation Joel claims). Must be the rudest owner of a company I have ever dealt with. Joel Smith told me when I first signed up that he knows Chris Smith was an A-hole, but he sold a lot for him, so he looked the other way. Early on when we first signed up Chris Smith would basically humiliate you on the phone claiming it was our fault for the service being down, complete nonsense, but we needed the service to run our business, so we allowed this abuse. We eventually contacted Joel after some online research, and he was helpful in the beginning, so we started communicating with him. We were without service on two modems for 20 days during the holidays and had no phone, internet or Tv because of this. They could care less including, Joel Smith the main holder of these Sim cards. Full of excuses while service was down, and the service never came back up, but they kept charging our credit card for service we were not receiving. we had to file a charge back with credit card company. These rural internet providers advertise services they cannot provide because they are running a grey (illegal) operation reselling these sim cards. They will ghost you completely when the service goes down and will total ignore any communication. I live in a rural area and the options are limited, so I have used many of these same type companies and they are all the same. Totally fly by night, could care less about service, when your sim card goes offline, which happens constantly, they will not answer calls or emails after several days to weeks. Do yourself a favor and avoid these no name companies. These bogus companies charge you for membership fees. equipment/ and overcharge for unreliable service at 2 -3 times that. T-Mobile just introduced rural home internet for 50$, unlimited. ATT and Verizon offer service in some areas but go direct. My area T Mobile just rolled out Jan 2021.

I typically don't leave reviews but I felt so far this company is honest about what it offers and is a good price. They answered all my questions before I signed up. And so far has held up to what they told me. Unlike 3 previous companies I worked with. A+++++ you guys keep up the good work

These people are very responsive and helpful. Chris patiently worked with me while we had trouble with some sim cards. They were very concerned about me not being able to connect and there wasn't a time I had to sit and wonder. They emailed me right away and stayed in touch until problem was resolved. Using the service now so far seems great but if a problem does happen I know that this company is willing to help. If your looking for rural internet service that has a responsive team and shows care then I would highly recommend. Also the price is great.

I live in the desert in an RV. I currently get my power from a 2200-watt generator. I still have no running water. However, I now have internet, thanks to Infinite LTE!From beginning to end, the process with Infinite has been surprisingly good. I emailed regarding my situation to make sure it would work for me and the CEO replied, assuring me it would. He was upfront about the 250 GB threshold (before throttling) on the all-purpose plan, which prompted me to verify how much data I actually use. Indeed, I was well within that range. He also gave me a tip on the best LTE hotspot device, which I purchased (direct from Mofi, because nobody else seems to have it right now). When the device arrived, I placed my order (because you need the device's IMEI number).Within 3 days, the SIM card arrived, as promised. I installed the SIM card, turned on the modem and I was immediately on the internet at high speed (via the ethernet port on the device). After that, it was a matter of setting up the WIFI password on the device and connecting my phone to the access point.I'm extremely pleased with how quick and easy the process was. I was seriously nervous about it working because I was tethering to my phone and had already spent $600 extra on cellular data, but I had nothing to be nervous about. It works. Its great. I highly recommend it.

Chris Smith is not an pleasant person to deal with. This company also lies and false advertises. It is NOT unlimited internet and then when you question this fact, it's all down here and rudeness from there. Better off going to AT&T, T-Mobile or any other cell-phone company and doing business with them straight out instead of here...at least you know what you're getting without any false promises or lies, and without the poor attitude and rudeness. After his rudeness I did state that it's a wonder an attorney hasn't handed it to them for false advertising the "unlimited internet" This is the response I got back. This company has plenty of bad reviews and also has bad judgement on BBB as well. I also read someone trying to start an lawsuit claim against this company. I would definitely recommend people do their research and ask as many questions as possible before getting in with this company. They actually aren't the internet provider, they are more like an subcontractor and use AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon cellphone towers. If you have any issues with service they will just blame it on these companies and not be of any assistance. AT&T has an cheaper alternative then what they offer. Xfinity actually offers prepaid services now with no credit checks for those that can't pass an credit check and it's truly unlimited. If someone is going to be rude like this to someone for no reason, they aren't going to be good to do business with. Obviously everyone leaving reviews isn't wrong or lying. Be cautious no matter who you do service with these days, so many shady people out there.
