the woman that was there today I mean I understand that you guys closed the office now you guy only open 2 days out of the week because tax season is over but the fact that they put people that are not willing to do their job there is ridiculous especially if you're only opening two days out of the week now I've been calling for 3 weeks to see about an itin number and all they told me was that they weren't there to call back either Monday or Friday depending which day I was calling so I ended up going and this freaking lady the one the same one to answer the phone was there and she doesn't like to do her job I had to remind her that it wasn't a favor it's not for free I paid for a service and it's ridiculous that have to wait three weeks for a Yes or no because she was too lazy to look it up on her computer

As many other reviews, i went there in 2019, and the guy who helped me with my taxes was done in about 3-5 minutes, and obviously he did it wrong so i had to deal with IRS for years and ended up paying a lot. That guy acted like if he was in drugs or something, never again, plus they are much more expensive than other places.

I went to them in like 2020 and we ended up getting investigated by the IRS. I kept asking RAYO EXPRESS to help but they had no idea what to do. I ended up having to take matters into my own hands and spent hours trying to fix the issue myself. Keep in mind this was during Covid so it took a long time to hear back from the IRS. It turns out whoever the dude that filled my taxes did something wrong at it was a really simple fix.
Months of stress all because an unqualified moron made a mistake and didn’t know how to fix it. These people still owe me the fee they charged because they did not provide the service they advertised

If I could do a negative I would, it has been way over the time they said I would receive my money, other sites say the irs already sent it out. They hang up on me tell me it's not arrived and now won't even answer my calls.

I did my taxes there three years in a row in the three years I end up not paying anything. I went with a different accounting and for those three years I had to pay almost $8000 a year back to the IRS. I do not recommend this place unprofessional I don’t even think that the people that prepare your taxes are educated I highly do not recommend this place.

Por culpa de este lugar tengo una deuda con irs. Tuvieron la brillante idea de poner que soy cabeza de familia y a todos en mi casa les hicieron auditoría. Ahora tengo 4 años que cada año el irs se queda con todo el reembolso más aparte todo lo que me quitan de taxes por cheque. Ellas me dijieron que no me preocupara. Que si algo pasaba, ellas ivan conmigo a auditoría y no cumplieron. Son una bola de personas que no tienen nada de profesionales. No es buen lugar
