Very unprofessional. Our "tax professional" tried to blame us for mistakes WE found. She stated that we gave her information. Taxes should have supporting documentation not be based on something we said. H & R Block did amend the tax filing at no extra charge but the headache, sticker shock for taxes owed, and arguments with Veronica made it so much worse. Ran through the forms so quickly and one page at a time, so we were unable to understand and compare. After they were printed and we could look at them all together was when we saw the mistakes. Still tried to blame us. We basically had to tell her what the mistakes were and tell her to look at them again. Way more work than it was worth. I suppose it would be fine if you have simple taxes, but not for anything remotely complicated.

At the Eubank location my wife and I just experienced the worst customer service. The “tax pro” Delbert assigned to us was very very rude. We have been using H&R Block for over 20yrs. We will no longer be using H&R Block

Place is horrible! Unprofessional and rude receptionist. No one’s willing to help here. Different location won’t work either, better off going to a completely different place.
