Just called this location and got treated like garbage by NANCY.All I wanted to do with ask some questions about getting my taxes done. I called once she hung up on me I called the second time she yelled at me and then acted like she couldn’t hear me. She was so rude and not professional at all. Is this the kind of people you want doing your taxes?? Thanks Nancy

I walked in and asked a question. Turned out we both had to look it up. My agent was very kind and considerate and I asked him to go ahead and do the taxes. It was nothing but a great experience.
