We decided to come to Hotel Parq to spend our wedding night. We were welcomed by the front desk with a bottle of champagne and chocolates. Along with a $30 voucher for the roof top bar.
When my husband and i went to the roof top we weren’t greeted or acknowledged until a couple minutes, we were the first ones to sit inside for the outside was a wait. As we waited for our server, more people started to pile inside. They served drinks to the couple first that came in after us and were also seated outside before us. When we told them we were waiting first we got a rude remark saying we were going to be seated shortly. To say the least the service was very unwelcoming, the atmosphere was unease. Please do better with making your customers feel comfortable, acknowledge and be attentive.

Best place to stay in Albuquerque.?? The whole place and rooms are very clean, comfortable and the front desk staff are friendly and nice The breakfast is good and they have a bar and patio on the 4th floor.

Love staying here, the building is pristine, it has spooky history, the staff is wonderful, and they have a 24 hour hot tub!(rare)
This time around we had a small misunderstanding about our room location but the front desk didn't even hesitate to fix it, in fact they bumped us into a nicer room!
The prices are also far more reasonable than one would we expect.
Oh did I mention the rooftop bar?

We stayed at Hotel Parq Central for the first time and would definitely return to this hotel when we are in the area. The rooftop bar is amazing and the service is awesome!

What a fabulous hotel…the story of what is was before is very interesting. The front desk staff so friendly and helpful, we only stayed one night, would definitely recommend. We didn’t feel like traveling out for dinner so grab cocktails and appetizers at the rooftop bar, food and drinks were so delicious, great view and it was so nice to be outside!
Rooms: Beautiful, lots of space and comfy bed!

It's our third or Fourth stay, it's clean quiet and comfortable. The fan and light could be separated in the bathroom in my opinion, my only whinge. The apothecary bar/ rooftop restaurant is very fun the bar manager is personable and very competent. Front desk staff and breakfast bar staff are lovely as well.

Boomer air bnb. Don’t bring luggage with wheels, stairs to all suites. breakfast was terrible.

For a four diamond hotel I expect to have my room clean one time in 4 days…. Did not happen. Breakfast is lackluster even more so for a Sunday you would think a bit more attention to it. Rooms are quiet but very small for the price point. Also bring right off 1-25 you get to hear everything coming down the road. Not impressed other hotels at the price point are superior.

Very cool hotel! The hotel has a very interesting history and elegant design. The room I booked was a bit small, though. The primary furnishing it lacked was a desk. But overall, it was a nice and pleasant stay.

I absolutely loved my two-night stay at the Parq Central. It is a beautiful property and really well maintained. Staff is super friendly. My room was beautiful, clean, well appointed, and had a very comfortable bed. I felt there was a real love for details. It was also very quiet, which I absolutely treasure in a hotel. The complimentary breakfast was great (quiche, pastries, bread, eggs, cereals, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea). I, unfortunately, never made it to the rooftop bar/restaurant but hopefully next time. In walking distance to a few cafés and restaurants. 15 min walk to the Rail Runner station. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful historic hotel. The location is not desirable, but other than that, it's a wonderful place to stay.

Cool hotel with awesome history and well decorated/good style. My room was really nice and very clean. The rooftop bar was fun and the service was really accommodating. It is RIGHT off the interstate so you make get some traffic noise. Bed was a little on the stiff side but overall the place was really comfy.

Rooms and hallways are updated and pretty. The history of the place is amazing, there are lots of things to look at in the walls on each floor and a display box downstairs. One downside in the room is the fact there are no microwaves and a tiny fridge, so don’t bring leftovers home from eating out. The bed is very hard and will make your back hurt the next day. Staff was very nice and gave us a bigger room for no reason. There are no signs where the gym and jacuzzi are. They are both out back and we had to go searching to find them. The breakfast was very disappointing. Usually at hotels there is bacon and eggs, maybe some sausage but there was none of that. The muffins, biscuits, waffles and blueberry pastries were cold and some were hard. There was cereal and oatmeal but no spoons. There was 3 different kinds of juice but they were in a pour yourself container not in ice so they were room temp. We also were unable to take breakfast back to the room, we had to eat it in the dining room.
I did like the safety of needing your key card to access the elevator and all outside doors besides the front. There was also security walking around but we only saw him once. The parking was a little confusing and difficult because you can only go one way, and if you park in the back you have to go through the courtyard to get in if you don’t want to walk all the way to the front.
We got charged an extra $50 for incidentals but we were not told of this extra charge that would happen. We had to call to get a receipt and see why there was extra charged. They did say it would be refunded within a couple of days so that’s good at least.
There is a bar and restaurant upstairs. The drinks were okay, lots of different things in each so it was hard to find something worth trying to think I would like. I got one with pistachio in it and it was awful. The food is overpriced and not very many options. The rooftop was pretty and had heaters since it was cold. The table was not clean though.
