The manager Carlos is always so rude and never looks happy to be there. He is never helpful at all. I've also witnessed several occasions of him speaking unprofessionally and talking down to staff. Seems like nobody is happy when he's on shift.

It’s a hit or miss but Homegoods seriously needs to widen the isles. Two baskets cannot fit and it’s not the most enjoyable experience. Widen your isles!

My review probably isn't worth much because as a mom, I got to go here by myself and wonder the aisles and just have ME time. It was pretty great! I'm looking for odd sized curtains and they didn't have them, but I really didn't expect them to. Of course, I found other "necessary" items. Greeting staff was super friendly and I enjoyed my time there. If you like HG, this is a good one.

I was so disappointed. This was my first time in the store and it was a mess. Super disorganized. We were super uncomfortable as we were made to feel like we didn't belong there. I will never go back.
