“This review is long overdue. I had a very large remodel done at my house in the spring/summer of last year. I moved my kitchen, made a huge pantry and laundry area, did a bathroom, and knocked out all the walls in the main living space. Things went smoothly. The communication was wonderful. My project manager, Doug, was exceptional. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job.”

“I can't count how many projects I've done with John but it's been many. His product is great quality with many options to choose from and I feel great value for the $! I also love that John cares about customer service and the details! Not many companies care about this anymore... this was a big deal to us! He worked with us to make sure we were going to cover our needs and was helpful with suggestions we hadn't thought of. The software he uses is great for planning and envisionin your space! Their variety of gun safes is also impressive, with solid options at fair prices. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always friendly. It’s a one-stop shop for anyone managing land, animals, or a farm.”
“While HD is better in my opinion than Lowe’s I sadly am finding that HD is slipping from helpful staff to the crappy habit of saying “you should be able to locate it on the app” used to be when I asked for help all the staff new where everything was located. Now you have to wait for someone that works in that department or try to find the location via the app that isn’t 100% accurate. It’s just sad”

“I frequent here often, like the selection of tools, wood, home improvement items, a pretty decent wide variety of appliances to choose from, the staff is exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond to say hello and see if you need anything which is fabulous and quite welcoming. My qualm is the veteran discount and the structure of the digital security as personal information was breeched prior, not sure if it was addressed or not, but that leaves a bad taste. Other than that, I have no issues with the staff, but the rest is the corporate structures, nothing to do with the environment of the store.

“Not enough heavy carts inside. I counted 25 in use by staff with materials stored on them on different aisles. Found one outside on the opposite end of where I needed it for hauling pavers”
“Friendly neighborhood store. Generally not overly busy. Good sized stock and choices. Easy access from I-40 and 12th st exit. Good place to visit for project supplies or a part for a quick fix. Definitely has been convenient for all my project work! Staff is helpful. I still recommend”
