I also love that John cares about customer service and the details! Not many companies care about this anymore... this was a big deal to us! “The store was not too busy. They have such a wonderful variety of items, from tools, to clothes, food for all kinds of animals and fowl. We were there for dog toys and dental chews. We ended up getting a womens flannel shirt on sale for $9.99 and a beanie. The parking lot is level and handicap accessible. The store is clean and well stocked. We didn't check out the bathrooms. It is always fun to go in. So much to see.”

Had a great encounter with Joseph at checkout and the manager Amber was very professional and ensured we had a good experience and honored military discount, which home Depot does not and also was able to price match. “I was sent too Lowes to buy a new Dremel rotary tool and bits, I was able to find the Tools area, it's not hidden like it is at Home Depot, I located my items, the tools department guy took my items to the self checkouts, as always, in an effort to speed up checkouts, stores like Lowes uses the latest technology but as usual, it confuses me, the Self Checkout lady helped me and I was on my way. I would have given 5 stars but I had to travel to 2 separate Lowes to buy 10 bits”
“This Home Depot generally has what you need, and the staff are helpful. However, the location can be a bit sketchy. Be sure to lock your car and stay aware of your surroundings. Overall, it’s a decent place for your home improvement needs.”

“Home Depot has always been good to me. They always have someone coming around the corner to help. Just the other day I had heavy things and I was unloading it to exchange and this guy stopped doing the carts and came over to help me without me me even asking!! What an Angel!! I've offered to tip this young fella and he was so polite and declined. They truly do have great people working there and I can say with 100% confidence that they're there to help wholeheartedly!!! “I have no choice, but to shop here like most people, to fix things around the house. The staff here has changed, and has actually changed for the good. Everyone is friendly and very helpful.
For awhile it was bad and tense, tense because understaffed and overwhelmed with questions.
They have a better hassle free return policy. I shop here only because they are open on the weekends, early mornings, late night and that is when I need my materials. Lowes waited to build up good strong clientele and now are the Walmart of hardware materials. 14 years of this location and hit and miss, but now it is in great shape.”

“I am in the process of renovating a home near the Heights True Value and I am glad it's close by. From the first time I shopped there it became my go to store because of how helpful the people are plus many of the prices are lower than the big box stores. They have had what I wanted most of the time which is impressive as it's so much smaller than Lowes for example. There is always someone there to help me with plumbing, electrical, really anything question I might have, or the location of an item or just some guidance. Daniel is a great help there, he has been great working with me to find things and is very knowledgeable about most questions you might have. When do you get that at the big stores? It's hard to find anyone there when you need help. They are all good to work with. I highly recommend this place.”
