We went in to reserve two lifts to lift a beam because we were told over the phone that we couldn't reserve online. The guy said to just come in the next morning and took no reservation. When we got there a different person said one of them was broken! What a waste of time. He didn't even offer to call other stores to help us once he realized what had happened.Worst customer service!

Ordered pick up for wood and overall it was a good experience. Employees are helpful.

Everyone knows what they are getting by going to home Depot. It's difficult to need something they don't have. It's also difficult to find someone to help who isn't trying to actively ignore you or who doesn't say, I dunno not my isle.

Bought a LG dishwasher. After installation it wasn’t flush with the cabinets. Took a little prodding but they came back and fixed it. Looks great. Everyone who helped us has been very nice. Glad I did business with HD. Be aware that the LG dishwasher is actually a box and the hose is built in. It was the wide circumference of the hose that created the issue. If you go online you’ll find that others had this issue. But it’s a nice dishwasher if you can fit it in. I wanted that third rack, which is very convenient for small things, long knives or silverware.

We came there today, for gas fittings. And to purchase a toilet. It would have been helpful to have found an associate, however we were able to make it out alive. Store needed attention to the aisle by some of the employees, but again they were non-existent.

Beyond frustrated! I found a bathroom vanity online and took a screen shot to send my husband. When I went to purchase it, it was 3 times the amount so I kept looking and found another one sent a screen shot to my husband and again 3 times the amount. By the time I came to the store, 30 minutes later, they advised they couldn’t honor it and I would need to call the “.com” number.Spent over 45 minutes with them and they refuse to honor the price that I have date and time stamp on. I advised that if their IT team caught it and changed it from the time I took the pictures to the time I got to the store that’s not my fault.False advertising is wrong and illegal. The manager advised they have a disclaimer at the bottom of the website. The disclaimer is one thing but I have pictures of the before and after clicking on it. That’s not a price change that is click bait! Again False advertising. I’m sure I am not the first or the last person to have gone through this with Home Depot.

Ordered an online item for close to $800 in the store. This means there is no way to track the item. (How is that even possible?) Received an email stating my item would be delivered 9 days ago. Didn't show up, I went in in person and was told it would be in no later than 2 days ago. Called 2 days ago, an A.I. system states it is delivered and being prepared for pick up. It has now been 2 days later. They can't locate it in the store. The last service person lied out right "When you place an online order here in the store there is no way to track it ......I see right here that it hasn't been delivered yet." So which part of that is the lie? What an incompetent crew!

I went in for some oven hood filters and was approached by a very helpful and smiling gentleman by the name of Craig. He made my experience easy and pleasant as they didn’t carry the size I needed so he was kind enough to order the right ones. Home Depot is lucky to have him on their team. Thank You!

Electrical dept; there are 2 guys who have been working in the dept. for years. One is a rather hairy fellow who is VERY nice and always helpful. Super cool guy.The other is a short, older gentleman with dark hair (can't mention other characteristics or they will disallow this review) who is a rude, condescending jerk EVERY TIME I have to speak with him.I get it; you are retired and working for insurance buddy....but there is NO REASON to be a jerk literally every single time someone asks a question. Seriously mr cranky; do you realize you are burning up your life, expending energy JUST to be difficult and rude to people?Store mgr here will likely not care since this guy probably shows up for work everyday and does his job-which is more than most do in this area. GET HIM SOME TRAINING....you guys know who this is.

Just ordered new kitchen cabinets, and all that goes with it. I have been working with Lyndsay, and she was great at helping us with a great plan. Her service is free, and she will help you every step of the way.

Went there to do a propane exchange. I grabbed a cart put my empty propane bottle into it and went inside to pay for the exchange. I got in line, which was long, and I waited patiently. The cashier looked at me a few times and I saw her take not of the propane bottle in my cart. So after waiting and waiting, I get to register only to be told, "we cannot do an exchange because the key to the cage is lost". Grrrrrrr, what a pisser!

I've been a business owner for four years and I'm big on customer service that is very important to me for my business. I have to say by far Susan at customer service was outstanding. Thank you so much Susan for making life a little easier for me. you were a big help. If it was up to me I'd hire you, but I don't think you want to crawl under house crawl spaces to fix residential plumbing issues . thank you ma'am. Your were awesome.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will never choose this location over any other home improvement store.

Beware of renting tractors/frontloader/excavator from this store. We rented one on Thursday evening to get an early start on Friday morning. We struggled for about 2 hours to get the tractor to drive forward. I called Home depot and was told by the tool desk to check Youtube or call a 888 number. We did that. We knew there would be a learning curve to driving the tractor. The tractor finally got moving but it bucked stalled and finally quit working entirely in our yard after using it for an hour. My husband called the store and told them the tractor quit working and would be returning it. Luckily it started long enough for us to load it back onto the trailer. We live an hour drive away. When he returned to the store we were told we would be changed a full day at $300 for having the tractor at our house - A broken tractor. After much discussion the manager told us the best she could do was to change us for 4 hours at $277. We were treated with suspicion - like we were trying to steal the time we used the tractor. I called the store later and tried to talk to them to return my money. I told them they should check the operating condition of their tractors before renting them out and I was told perhaps my husband should know how to drive one. Very rude and I am wondering if anyone even checked to see if the tractor worked properly before renting it out again.

We shop at Home Depot a lot- too much. First i worked with CJ in appliances and he was so professional, honest and helpful. I sent my husband who worked with Sam B in appliances and he was great, too - worked with my husband for an hour- he was knowledgeable, nice and incredibly helpful. Had to acknowledge both their kindness and efforts! Above and beyond of what was expected. Thank you both!
