Jack went out of his way to help us when we were stranded in Albuquerque in a trip. He said he knows what it is like to be in that situation. The empathy and understanding they have was not limited to just us. I noticed it with multiple people who came in while we were there. It’s great to see a business that treat people like people. I am grateful that they saved our trip and revoked them for all your automotive needs.

We have been taking all of our vehicles to Jack for a decade meow. He does a great job and is very reasonable in price. He even purrformed miracles on an ancient, busted up old motorhome.

They did good work on my Cadillac oil leak problem in January. This shop was highly recommended. I took the same car back to have an alternator replaced. The price was higher than average. I asked to hold on ordering the part so I could check prices. I was directed to come pick my car up immediately. I live on the Westside with a disable wife. So this made it very inconvenient. They wouldn't even let me leave it overnight to pick it up the next day. I checked prices, and they were higher than other shops. I'm all for paying a good value price for quality work. However, I don't like being taken advantage of. They quoted $530 for a remanufactured alternator. On-line price was $300.00 and new one was $519.00. That's too much of a mark up on parts for a remanufactured unit. Other incidental costs were quoted. There was no explanation for them on the quote nor a call from the shop to explain it. I would be careful if you choose to use this shop. Their customer service is a lot to be desired.

Hodges replaced the alternator in my '05 Honda Element. They also performed other needed maintenance & serviced the front brakes. They are very reasonably priced, did professional work & got everything done in a day, even though it was a "work-in" repair. The shop is extremely clean, well lit & maintained. Very impressive! Jack & Linda are friendly & professional. I will bring my vehicle back anytime it needs maintenance or repair.
