Obviously this HME could careless about how they are reviewed spoke with them for over 2 weeks and the customer service needs to be cleaned out Of horrible service Reps and start all over. I meAn truly this place needs competitive market. Everyone needs to tell the healthcare provider NOT to send and request Nothing from HME

NO STARS...no negative stars available. Worst company that I've every had to do business with. Spent an hour with a billing specialist just to try to get the billing straight because nobody can answer the phone or return a call! I had already given up on this company for my CPAP supplies but leaving the rehab hospital had to take their equipment. Next time I will just flat out refuse anything else from the.

This business is the worst and I would give them less than 1 star if I could. I have tried for months to get a detailed bill from them. They seem to bill my insurance company whatever they feel like. Random amounts every month and I have been using the service for a year and they have been to my home 3 times, first time was to drop original order from my doctor. 4 oxygen canisters and a machine you plug in and it generates the oxygen for you. I don't use the canisters but keep them just for emergency, if the power were to go out and only replaced one other time on the second visit. The 3rd visit just filter and hoses. Yet my bill goes up and down dramatically. On those 2 visits the very unprofessional and unhelpful man that delivers parks in the wrong driveway both times and dropped my canisters in the street when he brought them on the 2nd visit and 2 rolled under his van and these are the ones I got after they bounced all over the street and rolled around. The 3rd time I had him out was to change the main filter and he complains and says I don't need it but he changes it anyways with a whole lot of attitude. I also got some hoses on this 3rd visit too. That was it and no canisters because I still have the ones that bounced under the van from his 2nd visit. The billing department will not call you back no matter how many times you call and leave a voicemail. I never got a single invoice this entire past year and they originally called and said can I give them a credit card so they can auto bill and it would be 8.63 a month. Well guess what? It was not true and I have been billed random amounts every month since as much as $165 in one month. That is my part after they gouge the insurance company. When I called my insurance to report it the phone rep I spoke to didn't seem to think it was an issue but could not provide any insight on what I was being charged for. You wonder why our insurance rates are so high, I guess they don't have a problem just paying out money without verifying if the customer is really getting the service. My invoice from HME which I was finally able to locate online today shows an invoice number and a dollar amount. Somehow they get away without having to provide what they are charging you for. Why do they not have to list what they are billing you for? Don't even ask how much work it was to finally create an account online since you need an invoice number and a patient number to create an account and you don't have that unless you have a bill which I never received until I got this email. It took a year to get an email from them with this poor excuse of an invoice and they only reason I got this email is because I stopped the credit card auto bill with the credit card company which I should have done months ago. This prompted them to finally send me an invoice by email. If you can even call it an invoice really just some random amount they say you owe with no explanation of what products they are billing you for. I'm still waiting for a paper bill to be mailed to me but good luck with that. I don't understand how this company stays in business with their horrible service and my guess is people are sick and don't feel up to fighting it and their products are a matter of life and death for some people. I feel terrible for elderly people that have to deal with this and have no one to help them. If you have a choice don't use this company unless you want or need plenty of aggravation in your life.

They set appointments and don’t even show for their own appointments. Would not recommend them! There are other medical supply companies. Was told to call when we were down to our last 2 travel tanks of oxygen and they leave you with nothing in case of an emergency.

I just want to have them pick up the equipment. I received no bills and now received one for 6 months of costs but never received anything monthly. I called last week and they told me that everything was fine and I didn't owe anything. Now, I have a 600 dollar bill that I have to make payments. My insurance told me this company is hard to work with and they don't bill per month but submit all claims at once. Now I just want to end this and have them pick up the equipment biut Noone ever answers or returns my calls. Please help .me. stop the billing and take the equipment back. Terrible experience.

The worst when trying to coordinate oxygen exchange. We’ve been using them for 4 months and there has only been just one driver, Ashley (maybe Ally?), who has been great but the others don’t call and don’t care. I’ve been trying to get my son’s oxygen for 3 days now and we are on the last tank and they don’t call until I’m getting my children to bed. I’ve asked they call in the morning and they don’t. It’s absurd and very bad customer service. Not sure what to do at this point but if you can avoid HME for oxygen, I would.

I only wish there was a level of negative stars for the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. Every single employee is the best model of incompetence!!!! There is ZERO customer service and zero compassion for their customers/patients. I don't believe that there is one employee that should be selling shoes much less helping patients with their healthcare equipment. My husband's CPAP machine broke and it was days and days of one person calling and then saying that someone else would call him back. This went on for days. NOT ONE PERSON can handle a simple task of taking in a repair. I kid you not it was days and days and dozens of phone calls to complete incompetent people. THIS COMPANY SHOULD LOSE THEIR ABILITY TO GET MEDICARE MONEY. I see so many negative and ZERO positive reviews so it is obvious that the company doesn't care to change anything to make this better for its customers. DISGUSTING COMPANY

I’ve used HME for almost 10yrs. The past 7yrs were great cause I had a point person in the Specialized Care team. That rep is no longer with the company. I’ve left 4 voicemails with 4 different supervisors, the first one left in NOVEMBER 2023. I have received NO return calls. My last call was last week; the (new) rep kept reminding me that she had to leave by 5, talked about me to her colleague (didn’t put herself on mute). At one point she told me I had to tell the next rep for future orders (HME) procedures to get the order done. When I asked if I could give her my list of item needed she said “no, it’s easier for me if I read off my list and you tell me if you need it”. She started naming items not used for over 10yrs I wasn’t even aware of. Which made her think she had the wrong client. What a headache. NO ONE EVER RETURNS CALLS!

I was in dire need of a nebulizer mask and tubing and had zero luck elsewhere in my town. This branch of HME was the lost customer oriented medical business I've ever been to. I highly recommend them for any specialty needs.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We have had to use them for CPAP supplies. EVERY SINGLE TIME they request the wrong orders from the doctor, then when the doctor sends them over, they tell us they didn’t get the right order. Or they can’t find what they need, or they just don’t care. EVERY TIME it is the most complicated ordeal with the most incompetent people. Back & forth with the doctors office… every time! Oh my goodness, I’m not sure they could do worse if they tried. I’m glad we just use them for CPAP supplies, what do people do if they have urgent medical needs , just die????? So to sum up, if you’re looking for incompetent service, complicated everything, and rude people, HME Specislists is the company for you. Choose death first!

My doc placed an order for my sleep apnea stuff and they delivered about 2 hours after my doctor appointment. So fast! I had an issue with the equipment the first night, but they answered and were very friendly on the phone. EDIT: no one ever showed up with the replacement. I was told it was going to be that day so i stayed home from work and waited. Nothing. I'm disappointed. We will see if they show up today or not. Wondering if they were only quick when the doctor calls.
