I've been trying to get my c-pap supplies for over a month now. I would get 2 to 3 calls per month asking the same questions and they still couldn't get it right. Don't waste your time or money with this company they just can't get it right. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. At one time this was a good company. Management needs to train they're staff.

Do not go here. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS This place is so poorly run, particularly the billing Dept. They do not know how to bill, they do not know how to work with large insurance companies that all other providers know. They send random bills that are not consistent with the charges, do not apply your payment to the services you pay for,cannot be reached for assistance. They do not contact you if they have problems with your billing, they just send you a bill for $1250 8 months later for what should be a $60 copay.They also bill you for dead people's wheelchairs until you file a fraud complaint. Not once, but three times.Call the Insurance Commision to complain and they can either get it straight or go out of business.

Please ask your provider to send your medical supply order to anyone but HME Specialist. This is the second time this year, within a 6 month timespan, that they have failed to get my supplies to me in a timely manner and now I am having to scramble to find the supplies to avoid illness and ER visits/hospital stays. Choose anywhere but HME Specialists, they truly do not care.

I am so grateful for Mario Munoz, GREAT customer service bringing in the stuff from his Van was fast, it didn't take him long setting up the bed and also explaining the oxygen machine, the bed control he was in out. He made this easy for me times like these we need people like him. He really made this company look good!!!!! Thank you Mario!

Every oxygen company in New Mexico unfortunately sucks and HME is no better. Usually they're pretty consistent with oxygen deliveries but today oh no we've been waiting all fucking day for my grandmothers tanks to be delivered and they come up with a new excuse every time on why it hasn't been delivered. GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER! Or I am filing a report with the BBB and possibly a step further this is ridiculous you motherfuckers literally have people's lives in your hands.

I've been here for about 6-7 years,so I receive supplies 3-4 times a year,so I've got supplies 24-27 times, guess how many times they've got my order correct, 1time, that's right 1 time! This month for 4items I've already received two wrong orders, still waiting for the last item! Everyone who works there sucks,even the computer call got my order wrong! Fire everyone and start over! You now know why New Mexico rates 6th stupidest state, but with your help New Mexico is heading towards the top spot!

These folks have the absolute worst customer service. portable oxygen concentrator doesn't work unless plugged into the car or wall. called and they were supposed to be coming on Friday.... never came. Called again today and was told they were scheduling to come by today. NEVER SHOWED! can't go anywhere because of a nonfunctional portable device. We need to find another provider!

Scheduled twice on a Monday and came in a Thursday and a Tuesday while I was at work. I got a nasty voice mail about him waiting.. will you wouldn't have had to wait if you came in the right day... Just saying. Then I called and Miraya was the worst customer service in a long time. There are other companies if you can choose or suggest with your prescribing Dr another company I would highly recommend it.

Update on review……I arrived this morning at the Masthead location before hours and Melissa was a pleasure and didn’t make me wait until they opened!!!! I went in mad after two delivery failures and ready to change oxygen suppliers but she not only had compassion about our experience, she apologized and took care of exchanging all tanks and concentrator!!!!! Huge kudos to her, I hope she’s appreciated and valued for her great service!!!!!! Also after my precious poor review, someone called and LM that they would be coming today to exchange, too bad they didn’t look at records

Getting into the parking lot required driving around the corner because entrances were locked. It was also unclear where to go. There was a doorbell inside and a sign that said, “Knock, knock.” I rang the bell and was told by the technician that I had to knock. Once inside he kept said I couldn’t get a new mask if I didn’t know what it was called. I showed him the mask and he immediately said it leaked too much. It seems that everything I said he had a negative reply for. It was obvious he didn’t really want to be helping me. I will not return to HME again.

Absolutely the worse! We ordered refill tanks for my wife on Saturday, they never came. Sunday never came. Monday, we called them, and after a two hour wait, they promised us they would be delivered to us that day, never came. Tuesday, called, couldn't get through, never came. Wednesday called, promised to be delivered, never came. Thursday had to take my wife to several appointments, we had just enough oxygen to do it and come home, never came. Friday my son sets out to their facility to exchange in person, and guess what? They came with a delivery only now I don't have the tanks, so they guy won't leave the new ones. I try to tell him all I had been through, he didn't care, he just told me "Well I just got the order today". Waiting over a week for my wife's oxygen supplies and he tells me he just got the order. Would you trust your life or the life a love one to these people? I'm already looking for another vendor. Absolutely the worse!!!!
