If James had not second-guessed me, I would have made a mistake by having him replace my starter, unnecessarily. He correctly predicted that it was my battery that was the trouble. Short wait time, quick turnaround, problem fixed. He also checked the state of my brakes and other points, and helpfully answered all my questions.
