I had my 2011 Ford fusion detailed there on January 18th this year had really bad water spots on the windows and paint job have not drove the car since then till my son's wedding on February 11th this year car was garage kept until then. I didn't notice the scratches at first glance when I picked up my car until my car was out in the sun and then I can see how badly all my windows on my car were scratched probably from the chemicals they used or the buffer the car wasn't as clean as I thought it would be the Chrome was still spotted and the rims and tires weren't even polished and for the price of $500 I at least thought they would have done that. Very disappointed with the entire job on my car and scratches left on all my windows.

Hands-down, the best PPF shop in Albuquerque. The guys here are super friendly and always helpful. I took my Tesla Model Y and my Ford Raptor for a full Matte PPF. They both came out perfect. Ivan and Trevor have been nothing but great and easy to work with. I already have plans on taking my next vehicle to them.

Very pleased that I got the services from Hella Clean. This being my first vehicle where I considered the complete PPF, so I had many questions but all the staff I spoke to over the phone and then in person before I took my vehicle. He was able to show the product on their current projects, which was impressive and helped know my vehicle would be safe in their hands and location (debated another provider before Hella Clean, the others' location were too sketchy). I'm glad Ivan was the tech in charge of my vehicle, he was very detailed oriented and considerate with my vehicle, also encouraged if any other concerns were to occur after the application for me to reach out to them asap, another peace of mind and great service thanks to the Hella Clean team!

Excellent work, good communication, fair price. No drama. Removed old PPF, fixed underlying paint, and installed full Xpell PPF on my 2017 Turbo S. 100% recommended.

Paid over $100 for interior only to be lightly vacuumed. When I asked why the seats, dash, etc. wasn’t clean I was told I should’ve purchased the premium package if I wanted inside wiped down. Cup holders and sides of doors were not even vacuumed. Do not waste your money.

Let me start by saying I am incredibly particular about my cars and the quality of the work that I purchase. These guys are the best I have ever had for Paint Protection Film. I used to get my work completed at another well known shop in Albuquerque, but Hella Clean tops them by a wide margin. I had some pretty specific requests on the 4 cars that I had the PPF installed - and we had the entire car protected - not just the front!! These guys installed the matte film over my matte paint so I could go through a car wash! My other two have had the gloss, but also entire cars! I have one that is being painted and the film will be installed after, but take a look at the three they have completed. You cannot tell there is film on these cars even when you are an inch away from the paint! They take the best car of your car, settle for nothing less than perfection, and go above an beyond every single time. I will never take my cars anywhere else for Paint Protection Film, Window Tinting, and car detailing - oh, I forgot to mention that! They provide the best detail of anyone and are just like a body shop on paint correction! Pricing is very competitive and you just cannot beat the quality of work. Took my 2017 Solid Red Nissan GT-R to get wrapped in a dark blue and turned out amazing, completely transformed the car, the guys did an amazing job. Very friendly staff and great communication. Would definitely recommend!

I recently got a full ppf and ceramic coating for my GT4. The process took a bit longer than expected but it was worth the wait. The ppf looks amazing and Trevor and Ivan did a great job. They were meticulous and kept me updated throughout the process. If you need ppf and ceramic done correctly, I would highly recommend Hella Clean. They are also the xpel ppf dealer of the year of the year for 3 straight years!

I requested a pink vinyl wrap on a 4Runner 21’. This was by far one of my worst experiences with a shop. I was quoted about a week to complete. I didn’t receive my 4runner back for 4 weeks. Every week there was a new excuse as to why the 4Runner was not ready yet. Ultimately what I understand is that the wrap was too difficult because of the vehicle type. In addition, the shop overbooked and could not meet the business demands because there was not enough help. Mind you, when I booked there was said to be plenty of “space”. All this is fine as long as the quality is great. Unexpected delays can always be expected. Unfortunately, the quality was awful, half fast, and just plain lazy. Granted I understand how difficult it may be to wrap a vehicle, but this is your profession and should be done with quality and pride. Many of the edges of the wrap are peeling up or look like they were cut with dull scissors. There’s lots of underlying color exposed in some of the difficult areas to wrap where if time was taken may look much better. There are areas where there is still grime where the wrap is laid meaning they did a poor job prepping the vehicle. There are areas where the wrap is completely bubbling. There are areas where the wrap does not completely wrap the lip. They completely missed several pieces entirely leaving the underlying color exposed. Certain areas are not symmetrical with opposing sides making the vehicle look tacky. They didn’t even plug the harness of the door light back in and instead left it hanging out of the panel and closed the door over it. I’m not sure they even took a final glance at it before returning it to the customer. In addition to this, tinting was also requested. I was told the tinting was completed. When I left with the vehicle, no tint had been applied. Of course, I was very unhappy with the job and allowed them the chance to recover from the poor quality and service. I was told plenty of wrap was available and asked to bring the vehicle back on a Monday. I called the following Friday expecting the vehicle had been fixed. They didn’t touch or look at the vehicle the entire time they had it and said they didn’t have enough time to do it that day and the reason they didn’t do anything all week is because they didn’t have any wrap. At this point, I asked if I could have the wrap removed and requested my money back. I knew I wouldn’t get anything back, but I wanted to see how they would handle this awful situation. I was told the owners would not a allow a refund but they were happy to fix any issues. Since I’m moving to California for a job, they offered to cover the cost for another wrap service for the bumper of the 4Runner which Is where the most obvious of the issues lay. I’m not sure they understand how frustrating and terrible this has been and that it’s very unlikely I want them to provide any more services.If you value your time, money, and vehicle, I would highly recommend you avoid these guys .Services: Window tinting

My 22 yo 911 has been sitting in the garage for quite a while. A lot of dust dirt and stains on the paint. Ivan performed the platinum level detail on my car. Amazing results!
