Traveling cross country in 2007 and the serpentine belt went on my car. I showed up as he was closing for the day but Jim was so kind and helpful! He got me back on the road the next morning at a reasonable price. I’ve never forgotten his kindness (and here it is 2023!)Highly recommend!!Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I have been a customer of Harlow's for over 15 years and have always been very happy with the auto repair and maintenance work they've done. Jim is honest and upfront about what a repair will cost in advance of the work. He transported my old car twice when it wouldn't start and I was stranded. I have a newer vehicle now and wouldn't take it to anyone else. Thank you Jim Harlow for the reliable service!
